Jestem rozczarowany.

Dobra lokalizacja, codzienne sprzątanie.

Cons:

Rezerwowałem pokój, który według opisu na Booking.com miał mieć takie udogodnienia jak balkon, widok na atrakcję turystyczną, widok na miasto. W pokoju nie było żadnego balkonu, a jedyne okno wychodziło na coś, co przypominało jakiś wewnętrzny ciąg powietrzny. Nie było widoku na cokolwiek, tylko puste ściany za oknem. Jeden z dwóch kubków, które znajdowały się w pokoju rozpadł się na dwa kawałki podczas podnoszenia. Gdy zapytałem czy przydzielono mi właściwy pokój, usłyszałem że tak i że hotel nie podaje danych o balkonie i widoku do opisu, bo nie ma takich udogodnień we wszystkich pokojach. Powiedziano mi również, że obecnie nie ma wolnego pokoju z udogodnieniami, za które zapłaciłem, więc nie ma możliwości zamiany. Po złożeniu po powrocie reklamacji przez Booking.com, hotel przez dwa tygodnie nie odniósł się do sprawy. Pokoje bez udogodnień, które chciałem mieć, można było znaleźć w dużo niższej cenie.
