we had a bad experience because of this!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and hotel location was just right!

Cons:

the facility was very poor, I paid an extra night as I was arriving early morning and expected to have rest, the AC was not working even when we reported it, the day was wasted and nothing was done, their solution was to give us a fan which is not acceptable; only until 9pm they finally changed our room!

Ήταν όλοι τόσο ευγενικοί φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί ένιωθες ότι είσαι κοντά σε δικούς σου ανθρώπους.Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν μας βοήθησαν να κλείσουμε από ταξί έως εισιτήρια για τα αξιοθέατα, μας έκαναν έκπληξη για τα γενέθλια του συζύγου μου - ειδαν την ημερομηνία από την ταυτότητα που δώσαμε κατά την άφιξη μας -μας πρόσφεραν σαμπάνια στο δωμάτιο και έξτρα ποτό στο μπαρ και μας συγκίνησαν πολύ .Γνώριζαν πολλά για την Ελλάδα και ειδικά για ποδόσφαιρο και μπάσκετ κάτι που ενθουσίασε τον σύζυγό μου.Ηταν πεντακάθαρο , η κυρία που έφτιαχνε τα δωμάτια μας άφηνε σοκολατάκι με ένα μικρό σημείωμα για καλή ξεκούραση.Το πρωινό είχε έναν εξαιρετικά πλούσιο μπουφέ !Όλα υπέροχα και όλοι με το χαμόγελο! Τι να πω ήταν απολαυστική διαμονή μας εκεί .Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε πάλι .Και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας τόσο ευχάριστη !

Rapport qualité prix mediocre
Pros:

La chambre pouvait accueillir confortablement 2 adultes et deux enfants dans un lit superposé

Cons:

La difficulté à rejoindre en taxi (rue piétonne - aucun taxi ne voulait se rapprocher). Les salles de bain complètement à refaire (joint dégoûtant et plein de moisissures au niveau du bain). Le petit dejeuner n’etait vraiment pas à la hauteur, en particulier la machine à café (il faut la laver plus régulièrement car désolée mais le café est infame)
La piscine est trop froide pour être utilisée hors saison mais c’est normal (pas chauffée).
Par ailleurs nous sommes tombés une semaine où les prix nous ont semblé démesurés compte tenu des prestations.
Si j’avais su je serais allée dans un petit 5 etoiles ou un hotel rénové.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Pros:

Family room was spacious and comfortable. The staff all went out of their way to help and ensure all needs met; professional and friendly.
Excellent location. Enjoyed escaping to rooftop pool.

Cons:

Room a little stuffy; air con set to 19C. Tea bags not replaced each day- only 1 given!

Pros:

Centrally located and rooms were nicely appointed along with attentive housekeeping. The rooftop deck, pool and bar were very nice.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Ik heb al meerdere malen in dit hotel verbleven. De ligging is zeer centraal en het hotel is niet te groot. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is ook erg goed.

Cons:

In tegenstelling tot de andere keren was er vrij einig interactie met mensen van de receptie. Je leek als klant onzichtbaar. Geen begroeting als je binnenkwam bijvoorbeeld. Elke vraag werd wel steeds netjes beantwoord.

Unbelievable property!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was very well set out, with plenty of seating available on our visit. Nice view overlooking the neighbouring food terrace.
Our chosen room 401 was perfection, with the pool just outside our patio balcony.
Unfortunately we both found the tv listings did not meet our expectations(uk)
The room was spacious but because of our numbered luggage after cruising we chose not to have room cleaning service.
Would definitely return to same hotel and room later in the year.
Not cheap, yet you pay for what you get and we were not disappointed.

Cons:

Perhaps the staff smiling a little.
