Excellent roof top pool.
We booked a room for three expecting at least a single bed for the third person. We didn’t realise it would be a sofa bed.
The key for the door didn’t work throughout our stay. Nearly every time we came back to the hotel, we had to go back to reception and get them to sort the cards.
One man came with a device to check the door, yet still couldn’t get it to work properly. It became annoying that it couldn’t be sorted during our five night stay.

The location is superb. We love gothic quarter and this hotel is located right in the middle of it, only a minute walk (literally) to Barcelona Cathedral. The staff is amazing. Special shout out to Art, the rooftop pool bartender - he's just all out amazing. Our 10 years old always enjoyed the gummy bear treat that Art gave him.
Our initial room has issue with the AC that didn't work. We were there in august and there was heat wave... we couldn't sleep well on the first night due to the heat. They moved us to a different room the next day, and the AC worked better.
We were able to get into our rooms immediately. The staff was nice. the location was convenient for shops the Cathedral, and restaurants. The rooms were very nice, comfortable bed and modern design. The bar drinks were good.
There was a protest one of the nights we stayed and the noise was loud late in the evening. However, I don't think there was anything the hotel could have done to ameliorate the situation. The evening food menu was limited. We didn't care for the smoking on the patio.

Kahvaltısız rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Otel yakınında sabah kahvesi ve kahvaltılık atıştıracak yerler vardı. Özellikle temizlik ve kibar çalışanları sevdik. Doğum günüm için sevgilim şampanya isteişti onu güzelce organize ettiler.
Otelin havuzunu kullanmadık. Biraz kalabalıktı hava sıcaktı. Kalabalık olunca denemedik bile.
