Outstanding quality. I have paid a lot more for a lot less. The hotel is built out of 2 original houses. Stunning. Room was enormous and I got a free upgrade to a seaview. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Top marks. Very nice bfast too. English spoken here. I will be surprised if this is not the best hotel I visit in Chile. Book with confidence. Located in historic district with easy walk to harbour front. Bus 612 to Neruda house from nearby

Superou as minhas expectativas. Arquitetura tradicional com móveis de época, tanto no lobby, tanto nos quartos. Um hotel muito lindo com um charme super-especial. O café de manhã não é do tipo buffet, mas servido na mesa.
Dificil de falar. Pois foi um dos hoteis mais aconchegantes que eu já fui !

A lovely vintage house transformed into a boutique hotel. The location is spot on, and the views from the balcony are unbeatable. The whole place blends beautifully with its surroundings.
Pablo & Karin are the kindest hosts—truly helpful, caring, and always welcoming with a smile.
A little more variety in the breakfast menu from day to day would be a nice addition.

La vue est très belle et bien dégagée, la chambre était grande et lumineuse (suite avec terrasse vue mer). Le personnel est sympathique et aidant. Il est possible de déjeuner sur la terrasse de la salle à manger et il y a également une terrasse au dernier étage. La literie est confortable.
Rien. L’absence de rideaux opaques pourrait déranger certaines personnes à cause des lumières de la ville au loin, mais la vue est belle même la nuit!

Lo único, que es un detalle muy pequeño, la bañadera podría tener una alfombra ya es un poco resbaladiza. La habitación, en todo lo demás, era perfecta. Hermosa vista.
This very charming hotel had an excellent view over the city to the sea. The room was a good size with high ceilings and rustic furniture. The balcony was a treat. The delicious breakfast was served to you at your table, rather than a buffet. The hotel is surrounded by very steep hills, but is in the heart of beautifully painted buildings. Most restaurants are downhill, so it was a bit of a slog to return to the hotel.
Air conditioning would be a good addition.
