Pros:

La comodità è il bar/ristorante del resort con la possibilità della mezza pensione inclusa, cibi semplici ma buoni e tavoli vista piscina. Personale del bar carino, anche loro difficoltà con l'inglese, ma si sono impegnati, tra spagnolo e inglese ci siamo capiti. 

Zona comodissima per raggiungere facilmente con un uber sia il parque das aves che le cascate. 

Essendo in viaggio di nozze al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare gli asciugamani legati a forma di tartaruga, abbiamo apprezzato.

Cons:

Siamo stati accolti da due receptionist che parlavano inglese, uno di loro ci ha portato le valigie fino alla camera. Peccato che giorni successivi abbiamo trovato solo chi parlasse in portoghese e poco spagnolo per chiedere informazioni. La camera era buffa, aprendo la porta ti ritrovi a sinistra il lavandino del bagno e due porte, una solo col wc e l'altra per entrare nella doccia e tutto in comune con la camera da letto, separata in parte solo da un muro di cartongesso dalla " zona bagno". Niente ventola o areazione.

Café ok, e só.

Cons:

Só tem preço, qualidade zero, sujeira nos quartos, cheiro de mofo muito forte, móveis apodrecidos, cama desconfortável, travesseiros ruins, chuveiro entupido, privada entupida. Enfim, se você está procurando alguma estadia de qualidade, continue procurando.
Não vale o preço e nem o mal estar de dormir em um quarto mofado.

Hotel confortável, atendimento bom e localização privilegiada dentro da mata.
Pros:

Localização e ambiente silencioso no meio do mato.

Cons:

Qualidade da cama, estava com defeito o colchão e mesmo sendo solicitado a substituição, o hotel não o fez.

Hermosas vacaciones en familia!!!

Nos gusto mucho todo el espacio de juegos para niños. Y la cena era a la carta lo cual estaba muy bueno

Cons:

Tiene una pileta cubierta pero el agua no está climatizada o suficientemente climatizada. La habitación no estaba preparada para los días fríos que nos tocaron, un sector no tenía calefacción.
