The location is excellent.
Staff are helpful and courteous.
Level of cleanliness is good.

Cons:

Small annoying things that can be sorted at little or no cost.
1. Towel rail fell off first time it was used. Only stuck with glue. Fixed after 2 days.
2. Toilet seat chipped on top with at least four black ugly scars. Reported - not changed.
3. No non-slip mat in bath, no hand rail, nothing to hold on to if one slips.
4. Large patches of a different shade touch-up paint on walls.

Tres cher pour un Mauvais service au parking

Ce que nous n'avons pas tout apprécié : attendre plus de 15 minutes à l'entrée du parking et devoir aller a la réception de l'hôtel pour que quelqu'un vienne finalement ouvrir la porte du garage afin que je puisse récupérer ma voiture. Au total plus de 30 minutes d'attente après avoir payé 24 euros .... Plus que décevant m

Gdybym wracał do Sewilli wybrałbym ten hotel ponownie.
Pros:

Hotel jest zlokalizowany rewelacyjnie w centrum starówki jest doskonałym punktem startowym do zwiedzania Sewilli. Oczywiście wieczorem i rano dochodził do pokoju hałas z ulicy ale "coś za coś" - pomogły dobre zatyczki do uszu. Personel hotelu jest niezwykle sympatyczny i pomocny. W dniu w którym wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczkę przed śniadaniem recepcja przygotowała nam obfite paczki piknikowe z gorącą kawą. Regularne śniadania były dostatecznie obfite, nie brakowało niczego.
Hotel bardzo czysty, sprzątany codziennie. Ma swój klimat i historyczny wystrój.
Ta 1* jest nieco myląca - hotel zasługuje na więcej.

Cons:

Może przydałyby się nowe ręczniki i pościel (ale były czyste tylko trochę zużyte).

Au centre de Séville ou tout peut se faire à pied. Parking à disposition. Notre chambre donnait sur une petite cour donc nous n'avons pas eu le bruit de la rue le soir. Petit-déjeuner buffet complet

Great location for a short city trip.
Pros:

Location to all main sights. So walkable to all the places we wanted to visit so could easily pop back to hotel to drop off shopping, freshen up between sight seeing trips. Supermarket less than 1 min away.

Cons:

Hotel facilities in need of upkeep. Broken tiles, wonky creaky wooden bed frames, dip in mattress.
