Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Eine sehr gute, ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber und das Personal super!

Sehr freundliches Personal, vom Chef bis zur Putzfrau.
Die Lage war sehr gut, sowohl für Ausflüge als auch zum bummeln in der Altstadt.
Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein, auch Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt.
Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Mobilar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr gepflegt.

Sehr schönes, zentrales Hotel in Heidelberg
Pros:

Sehr zentral direkt zu Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind aber trotzdem extrem ruhig, von der Stadt hört man gar nichts mehr. Die Lage ist top für alle Ausflüge, alles kann zu Fuß erledigt werden.
Der Empfang war freundlich und nett, wie auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter zu uns.
Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und schön.
Das Frühstück ist ein Genuss, sehr gute Qualität und angenehme Atmosphäre.

We didnt feel in safe at the hotel. We were four people but they prepared 3 bed linen. We couldn't receive service because there were no staff members at the hotel in the evening.

Que me dieron una habitación al lado de un matrimonio con 3 niños y no pude dormir toda la noche. Porque hacían mucho ruido. Tendrían que avisar. El segundo día me cambiaron a una habitación mejor.
