Very old, no sunshades, no minibar..
Vă transmit acest mesaj pentru a vă împărtăși experiența foarte plăcută pe care am avut-o la hotelul dumneavoastră. Am fost cazată recent la Hotel Unirea împreună cu soțul și fiul nostru, perioadă în care am închiriat două camere alăturate. Dorim să vă felicităm și să vă mulțumim pentru serviciile oferite. Iată aspectele care ne-au lăsat o impresie excelentă:
Atenția la detalii: Personalul de la recepție a ținut cont de solicitarea noastră și ne-a oferit camere învecinate.
Profesionalism: Întreaga echipă este extrem de ospitalieră, amabilă și profesionistă.
Confort: Camerele sunt moderne, foarte curate și bine întreținute.
Gastronomie: Micul dejun a fost variat, proaspăt și exact pe gustul nostru.
Cu siguranță vom reveni și vom recomanda Hotel Unirea și altor persoane.

Comfortable room, very polite staff, the massage, the location, the rooftop restaurant
The wallpaper style, the carpet color but mainly the shower mechanism which didn’t give enough water pressure
Mic dejun diversificat, locatie excelenta.
Am primit upgrade gratuit de camera, fara sa solicitam, ceea ce ne-a suprins placut, bineinteles.
Totul a fost conform asteptarilor.
Near to the center, clean room. Looks likw they are renovated rooms.
Restaurant on the top ist not a good one. Not the money worth
Locaţie centrală aflată la mică distanţă de Palatul Culturii şi principala stradă pietonală centrală. Upgrade de la camera dublă la apartament generos, restaurant panoramic la ultimul etaj al hotelului, parcare subterană gratuită proprie a locaţiei (apreciez în mod deosebit rapăortat la localizare centrală).
Problema a fost că în perioada sejurului în hotel se efectua renovare a camerelor de la etajele superioare, dar din acest motiv am beneficiat de upgrade de la cameră dublă la apartament generos, ceea ce a compensat problema, personal extrem de amabil.
