Great value for money would always stay at this venue.
Pros:

Restaurant brilliant. Staff very helpful and kind and went out of their way to please.

Cons:

Great north run
Pros:

Great food , the Thai restaurant at the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was good too.
Local Italian restaurant across the road from the hotel was really good.
Convenient for supporting the Great north run.

Cons:

Very little soundproofing within the hotel. Could hear people using their bathrooms. Doors banging.
The traffic noise from the room overlooking the main road was really bad.

Pros:

We had a fab overnight stay while attending a funeral. All the staff were amazing and the breakfast as lovely.

An excellent hotel with outstanding staff.
Pros:

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. From start to finish the staff were outstanding- polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and very clean (in keeping with the whole venue). We had food in the bar which was good value for money and the food in the Thai restaurant was delicious! Breakfast was great with loads of choice and great food cooked to order. Excellent- 100% recommended.

It was good price and enough to stay for one night.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Good location. Large car park.

Dirty light switches, toilet seat not in position and shower could only make to work large head.
