Good base for exploring..
Pros:

Good sized room at a reasonable price. Location ok for train station and historic centre; access to both will be much improved when tram link opens. Staff fabulous! Visited Florence, Modena, Parma & Venice using a five day rail card.

Cons:

On a busy road so a little noisy circa 7am in morning

Great Hotel, Clean with Friendly and Helpful Staff.
Pros:

Location great for the Car with secure parking on site. About a 20 minute walk to the centre. Immaculately clean. Good breakfast at value for money prices.

Cons:

No view from room but that is being pedantic.
