Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Very low quality room for a 4 star hotel. Rips in the sheets, broken bathroom door, overall room was just super run down.

Danke der Lage und dem Frühstsück, und weil es ein grosses Zimmer war würde ich trotzdem wieder hin.

Frühstück war tiptop

Cons:

dass es im Zimmer Dinge gab die defekt waren, trotzdem nicht geflickt wurde, bspw. eine Abdeckung die am Herd nicht mehr komplett angeleimt war.

Ottima struttura vicino al centro.
Pros:

Parcheggio (anche se a pagamento) comodo di fronte alla struttura. Camera ampia e confortevole. Colazione ricca e ben fornita. Personale cortese

Cons:

Gestione dell'illuminazione poco flessibile. Sarebbe stato meglio avere accensioni separate per ingresso e camera.

Hotel carino ma con prezzo troppo alto in vista del concerto di Max Pezzali nel vicino Stadio Dall’Ara.

La posizione relativamente vicina al centro e allo stadio.

Cons:

La stanza troppo piccola per il costo pagato con set di cortesia inesistente. Richiesta di cuscini morbidì inevasa. Aria condizionata spenta all’arrivo con una temperatura esterna di ben 39’ quindi la stanza era un forno! Receptionist quasi apatiche quindi nemmeno troppo simpatiche. Prezzo davvero spropositato x la location e solo perché c’era il concerto! I prezzi in queste occasioni dovrebbero essere calmierati ed adeguati alla struttura. Dopo le lamentele mi è stato concesso un minimo sconto relativo al costo del garage. La colazione buona, ricca e molto variegata ma le bevande calde soltanto disponibili facendo la fila all’unica macchinetta disponibile x tutta la sala. Penso che in un 4 stelle i camerieri dovrebbero servirle al tavolo.
