Great family vacation spot.
Pros:

Amazing location, we were so pleased to have so much in walking distance. The beach was right across the road, supermarket 5mins drive away and all the local cafes and restaurants a walk or short drive. The pools at the hotel were lovely and two were heated, and there were two spas. Our self contained unit was very comfortable and the portacot was provided as requested.

Cons:

Pram access to our room was possible, but it did mean walking across the resort and taking two elevators. The games room could have had more... games. A board game collection would have been fun, but instead it was a grimy massage chair, two claw machines and an air hockey table. Would love to see that developed more and made into a enjoyable space.

Ensuite light out, toilet exceedingly noisy, no soundproofing so doors slamming from 0500 commonplace and constant,heater sounded like a jet plane wanting to take off, 2nd bathroom shower door very noisy, shower head leaked cold water, shower cubicle itself very tiny, told room had been recently renovated which was ridiculous

Hotel needs a freshen up. Hallways are really rundown and eery, and internal of our apartment (and another friend of ours) really needs some TLC.

Awesome place to stay. Great Location
Pros:

Breakfree Alex Heads is an awesome place to stay for both adults & children. The pool is amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed. Great location. This is my 2nd time and will definately be back.

It was just close and handy to the bowling airport buses
Pros:

That it was walking distance to suncity bowling alley for our bowling competition

Cons:

That we had to climb over and in big bath my knee didn't like it as had knee problems
First couple days was fine to park opposite lift in spot with yellow dot and same room number but got annoyed when the spot was taken so to save me walking far to find yellow spot I parked on a normal close spot since I also have trouble walking far

Location was great, heated pools and spas a great feature during the cooler months. Playground kept my children entertained.

Cons:

Older rooms, doors to main room didn't slide closed. Rooms need a little redo/update.
Games room pretty average, not much variety just a couple of claw machines and 1 air hockey table

Great for location but facilities very overpriced for their deteriorating state
Pros:

The pool facilities were great. The location was great. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Very old. Needs some work done. One of our shower heads didn’t work at all. We were lucky we booked a two bedroom that had a second bathroom. Shower screens had mould.

Most of all it was great but some parts are getting old, outdated, reno time.

Well they don't do breakfast and the location is great.

Sofa bed was horrible, broken and uncomfortable, pillows were crap.
