A clean, conveniently-located hotel with friendly staff :)
Pros:

This is a lovely capsule hotel! The location (despite being in the pleasure district, which we only realized when we arrived, haha), was super convenient, and the staff were all extremely friendly. While we were slightly uncertain when we first arrived because the lobby has a bit of an older look compared to the rest of the hotel, the capsules, bathrooms, and common areas were all super nice and clean! We really appreciated the amount of amenities (hair products, skin products, even toothbrushes and toothpaste) provided, too.

Cons:

It was a bit annoying having to check out every day from 11am-3pm, as this is when the hotel is cleaned. It was a good excuse to make sure we were getting the most out of our day, but make sure you don't forget anything important whenever you leave.

Je suis resté un mois au Japon et j’ai testé plusieurs hôtels capsules. Celui-ci était le pire et de loin.

Cons:

Dortoir n’était pas climatisé. Donc si vous allez en été, il va faire une chaleur atroce et en hiver, il fera hyper froid. Il y a du bruit tout le temps . Vous avez pas droit de rester après 10 heures dans vos capsules ou dans l’hôtel donc si vous rentrez tard, vous n’aurez pas droit de dormir plus longtemps que 10h du matin.

Pros:

Je fais actuellement le pèlerinage de shikoku, il y a plusieurs endroits qui s'appellent kadoya au Japon je me suis trompé de lieu de réservation, je ne vie pas au Japon, très rapidement j’ai voulu annuler ma réservation impossible, j’ai adressé un mail pour demander un remboursement intégral ou une partie. La réponse était catégorique non. Je trouve dommage que cet endroit ne cherche pas à comprendre, et respecte simplement son règlement . Très dommage de procéder de la sorte, mes notes respect leurs engagements.

Très déçu de ne pas pouvoir annuler...

It was an experience I prefer never doing again.
Pros:

Access to vending machines and coin laundry.

Cons:

I fell getting off the elevator in the 8th floor, due to the slope when you get off. 4th floor smelled like cigarettes. The capsule was falling apart (lining was loose then take on my second night). The shampoo & conditioner caused my hair to fall out now then usual. The PJ's are not meant for curvy figures. The slippers tear easily. I was near the lockers and could not sleep due to luggage sounds thought the night & the sound of the door opening and closing.
