Great to stay if you just need somewhere to shower and sleep.
Pros:

Staff were great. Easy set up. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Capsules were a good size with tv and personal mirror and light.

Cons:

The common space is not comfortable. No lounges and smoking room is accessed through this space so the common area smells of cigarettes too. There are no kitchen facilities other than hot water and microwave. No cups etc for making coffee. Beds are hard but that’s to be expected.

Cons:

The height of the men's restroom next to the lobby is not high enough. . At leat place a warning to - Watch Your head.-
The mattress is only 2in thick. Hard to rest on. Suggesting a 4inch mattress fire better sleep.

I booked this property expecting a standard, secure capsule hotel, but it is actually a poorly maintained shared-room hostel layout with severe safety and hygiene issues.
The property is located in an incredibly sketchy, high-risk area of Kabukicho that felt entirely unsafe, especially at night. Inside the facility, the security is practically non-existent. The "capsules" have absolutely no doors—only a basic cloth curtain that cannot be locked. Furthermore, there is no secure luggage storage. All guest bags are left completely exposed in a public, high-traffic common area right next to the open sleeping spaces.
To make matters worse, the property was highly unsanitary. The communal spaces and facilities were dirty and poorly cleaned. As a solo traveler, I felt so vulnerable and unsafe due to the lack of security, filth, and dangerous surroundings that I had to abandon my booking immediately upon arrival. I left right away and paid out of pocket to stay at a safe hotel elsewhere.
I strongly advise travelers, especially solo women, to avoid this property if you value cleanliness, basic room security, and your personal safety.

駅近くて便利大浴場とサウナ風呂最高

Cons:

トイレ内が清潔感がない
スリッパなどが散乱しております。
自分が入っている時は何時も散乱した
スリッパをきちんと並べてましたよ。
