Cons:

The Television station for CNN had no volume, there was no sound. We told the people at the desk after the first day, and no resolve.
There were guests, lacrosse teams staying at the hotel and the girls were running the halls until 12:30 one night, and 11:30 the second night. No security guard monitoring. We could not sleep.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express standards, so decent choices for food. A few eating options nearby. Grocery store next door for snacks and drinks for the evening. Gym is ok, not very big. Big enough for 2 people comfortably to work out simultaneously. Pool is small, but great size for kids to play in. There were pool toys for kids as well. Staff were friendly at the front desk. Ample free parking on site which is nice.

Cons:

Breakfast breads need to be rotated and checked frequently. I found 2 moldy english muffins. TV's are very old, terrible colour and dated. I had to show the staff how to tune my TV once they gave me access to settings.
More dairy free options for breakfast would be nice. Staff didn't know dietary/allergen information for breakfast items. Allergy guide would be nice for breakfast.

Séjour agréable si on est capable de passer outre les petits defauts et qu'on ne demande pas la perfection :)
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, hall d'entrée propre et lumineux. Les déjeuners express sont biens et le choix y est pour le prix. Dommage qu'ils débutent seulement à 7h le weekend.

Cons:

Personnel poli, mais peu sympatique et très peu souriant. Ils saluent d'un signe de tête par politesse, mais aucun sourire, aucun bonjour. Certains ne semblaient pas avoir envie d'être là; une quasi en pyjama, et un autre toujours sur son cellulaire. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer; nombreuses tâches sur les tissus de chaises/bancs et sur les tapis. Par chance les draps étaient propres, le lit et oreillers hyper confortable. Le bain était tâché, des éclaboussures collés de je-ne-sais-quoi visibles sur la porte de salle de bain, le gel douche vide. On a nettoyé et on dormait bien.

Gloria at the reception was just amazing, very friendly and always willing to help us, the room was clean and comfortable and perfect location for us

Cons:

Breakfast, we. Stay for 5 days and after 2 days it was a little boring to eat the same, good for one day stay , more fresh fruits and variety of sweet willl be nice and maybe change the menu every second day
