La manera en que Booking realiza el servicio, dan números telefónicos que nunca contestan y no son del lugar donde nos atenderán, nunca me indicaron que la habitación no tenía vista a la playa y por cambiarla tuve un cargo extra, Booking no me gusta prefiero realizar mi compra del servicio directamente con el dueño del establecimiento, ustedes nos dejan a la deriva sin información y venden mentiras, adiós Booking, no quiero nada contigo.

A nice reunion of this island that I visited before
Pros:

The first thing I check before booking a hotel is what others have written about, for example wifi and internet quality, that there is access to free drinking water, that it is close to restaurants and shops and all of this was met here. However, the internet connection was sometimes weak. But the staff was nice and helpful. I got some help with a new phone and the subscription when my old phone got lost on the trip to the island

The elevator was out of order for a few hours.

Good location and kind staff
Pros:

The hotel has a very good location, close to the ferry station that is very convenient when coming from Cancun with suitcases. It is also very close to Playa Centro and Norte, that are very beautiful beaches in Isla Mujeres. We liked very much the staff, they even allowed us for a earlier check-in as we arrived a bit earlier.

Cons:

The furniture is a bit outdated, and we did not like that the bed had around some decorative textile, that felt not hygienic for a hotel.

Nada fui robado todo mi dinero y tuve que levantar una denuncia ante el ministerio público y deberían quitar este tipo de alojamiento que no se compromete con el servicio que brinda a los huéspedes con que seguidad uno se puede hospedar. Si el personal roba y el responsable los encubre.

Cons:

No responden por el robo vuelvo a comentar que no han resuelto mi situación no recomiendo que se hospeden les revisan sus maletas cuando ustedes no están.
