Driver to the airport came on time at 3am
my room was upstairs and I had heavy bags. No elevator as is one floor. No porter or helper around. Struggled to carry bags.

The reception I can't blame them for much cos they follow
The first room we were given had no hot water and we were told the water takes long to warm up to that room,which is a lie- in the morning, there was still no hot water,I had to request to be moved to a room with hot water or be refunded
No refrigerator - apparently they put refrigerators in "highest paid rooms" which doesn't make sense to me,because all those rooms go around the same price and clients should be treated the same way!!
Who still watches only Sabc 1,2,3 and Etv only??
They need to upgrade to smart Tvs
Lastly, with the experience I had, I don't think they should include "Aiport" in their name because that word carries a lot of weight and we expect a certain standard from it!!
I've been to different hotels and managers are always the sweetest and friendliest, but this one here gave a cold vibe as if complaining about things they couldn't make right was a bad thing to do
Their response towards our complaints, whereby we were unhappy because of the noise from the other people next to the room that they gave us. We reported and they transferred us to the new room. We liked the comfort of the bed in the second room, and the room was also nice.
The first room's bed was very uncomfortable 😣🥵
There was no fridge in the room
