Staff at the reception/gate were very friendly. Danielle, who does the breakfast was a highlight - super friendly and accommodating. The area feels decent and I enjoyed some runs in the neighbourhood. The room was simple but I appreciated the kettle, clean sheets and towels and cozy blanket.
The room itself could have been slightly cleaner (I saw some hairs from previous guests on the floor). The building is a little outdated, and I was surprised by the staircase leading to a garage on the first floor (I wasn’t sure if the door at the bottom could properly lock). My balcony door could also not lock.

A special shout out to Angelina who assisted on arrival, who went the extra mile to make our check in and stay very comfortable. The breakfast chef was also outstanding and set the tone for a great day. Excellent proximity to ORT, great restaurants and amenities.
Found it very unprofessional to have to stand and wait at the security gate so the manager could check the room on departure. A bar fridge in the roo. Would have been nice. And perhaps some creamer of sorts for the tea and coffee.
