Beautiful hotel and from the moment we arrived it had the feeling of peace and tranquility. Beautifully clean and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It’s the best food I have experienced in the 30 plus years we have been going to AI hotels and felt I had found my forever hotel.

We just got back from our stay at Jaz Tour Khalef. This was my boyfriend's and my first vacation together, and after reading so many great reviews, we decided to book this hotel. We can honestly say it did not disappoint!
The pool, beach, and rooms were all amazing, but what we appreciated the most was the incredible staff.
A special thank you to our breakfast server. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask his name, but he was the gentleman with no hair. Every morning he greeted us with a big smile and a friendly wave, and he always made sure our coffee was ready at our table. It was such a lovely way to start each day.
Our lunch and dinner server was Snoussi. I could say so many wonderful things about him. I almost shed a tear when we had to say goodbye after two weeks. He always lit up when he saw us walking into the buffet restaurant, had our table ready, and even remembered our drink order. You could truly see the passion he has for his work and the genuine care he shows every guest. We actually looked forward to every meal because of him.
We would also like to give a shout-out to the lobby bar server. We didn't get his name either, but he wore transparent glasses and knew us as "the cheese couple" 🧀😉. Every evening, he made sure our glasses were never empty and prepared fresh cocktails for us right away. His service was outstanding and always came with a smile.
The food and drinks offered throughout our stay were excellent, and the service made our holiday even more special.
We would definitely recommend Jaz Tour Khalef to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday. We can't wait to come back!

The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Rafika at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and professional. We also greatly appreciated the hard work of the housekeeping team and all the other staff members, who made our stay enjoyable.

However, the reservation process before our arrival was unfortunately very stressful. Despite multiple email exchanges with the reservations team, they did not confirm receipt of our payment, even though it had already reached their bank several days before our arrival. This uncertainty caused unnecessary stress, and the payment was only confirmed about 30 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. We hope the reservation process can be improved, as it did not reflect the high standard of service we experienced during our stay.

6- حجزت غرفتين 419 وكانت جميله لكن جناح 412 والذي يحتوي على غرفتين لم تكن جيده وفيها رائحه كريهه منبعثه من الحمام .. بنظري جناح لايليق بالفندق نهائيا .

This is our second visit to the hotel, we did a short stay earlier in the year.
This time we spent 2 weeks here. We enjoyed the hotel with the staff being amazing and attentive and always made sure you had a drink.
Downside is the beach due to reserving beds for non guests and paid hotel guests not being able to use certain areas on the beach but they can use hotel beds and a issue with security there.
Rooms a little dated with drawers that do not shut properly and some dirt noticed.
Restaurant overall had good choice despite being a fussy eater found something to eat, some food was cold at times which is a shame.
Pool area is lovely, main sunbeds get reserved very early usually by lifeguards and then no one around for hours.
Outside hotel is some nice little shops to the right which is not too expensive.
Grounds are lovely.
Entertainment staff are really good and offer a lot of activities if want to get involved.
Evening entertainment needs to be changed when around for 2 weeks as is repetitive.

Location:
Location is good. There are nearby supermarkets and shops and you are a 10 minute taxi drive away from the Medina and Port Kantaoui which are lovely and very picturesque.

Atmosphere:
There is a very good atmosphere at the hotel. It strikes an effective balance between relaxed but there is also enough going on to create a vibrant buzz around the place.
There is good entertainment throughout the day with a fantastic entertainment team. There is foam parties in the pool, water polo, synchronised dancing performances amongst your standard activities. Never a dull moment.
The evening entertainment is particularly poor. The standard of shows put on are poor. However, the entertainment team delivered a white party which I would consider one of the best entertainment shows I have been a part of with fireworks, foam and a live DJ performance. It was incredible!

Rooms:
The rooms are very nice. We had a sea view room and was excellent. Bathroom is spacious and marble designed.

Value:
Value for money is really good all around.

Cleanliness:
One of the cleanest hotels I have been to. There are cleaners constantly cleaning everywhere you go! It is spotless.

Noise level:
There are two pools that offer relaxation and another pool that is more lively with activities, games and music. Rooms wise there was never any noise to disturb. Location wise it is fairly quiet surroundings.

Service:
This would be the reason I would return in a heartbeat. The service is fantastic, the workers are the friendliest I have ever met. They do not expect tips, they do this because they’re genuinely nice people and care about the service they provide.

I would like to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you to Ali who works in the Lobby Bar, he made our holiday absolutely fantastic. He is one of the friendliest, most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made my fiancee and I amazing cocktails which he delivered all of the time and did so with the biggest smile on his face. I really hope his manager sees this review and gives Ali the praise and rewards he deserves for making our holiday so special. Thank you Ali.

The service at the beach bar was average. Not bad but by no means good. Some days they don’t have certain drinks, some days they would make cocktails but then on other days they would say they don’t serve cocktails here. You would be on your loungers and you’d be offered drinks, to which you’d say yes, and they’d never appear.

The lifeguard at the beach was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating.

The lifeguard at the relaxation pool was a bit bizarre. You have to get up quite early to reserve beds as everyone in the hotel seems to get up early to do so, and when we went down to the pool at around 10:00 (after reserving the beds at 7:30) it was disappointing to see he had moved our towels above his chair but nobody else’s. He denied this and said the other lifeguard did it but when I confronted him he also denied it. It was very strange but an experience which could’ve been avoided. It was very strange that nobody else’s had been moved.

The drinks are nice but the alcohol measures can be brutal (maybe I’m just a bit soft). The coffee machine is self service and is delicious.

We had two massages which were absolutely amazing and highly recommend. The food is arguably the best I’ve had at an all inclusive, not too repetitive and a huge variety. Lots of nice additional features such as chocolate fountains, a dedicated pasta and pizza station amongst lots more. Very, very good.

Overall, despite a few incidents and minor issues, this was a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend booking Tour Khalef - just to see Ali alone and one of his amazing cocktails!
