Ottima permanenza a NYC (7 giorni)
Pros:

Ottimo albergo nel cuore del Financial District (posizione tranquilla e comoda per la metro). La permanenza è stata eccellente, buono il livello di pulizia e la stanza era esattamente accogliente. La vista della nostra stanza clamorosa (sul WTC e sulle fontane del 9/11). I servizi di pulizia impeccabili e ottimo il fatto che ogni piano è dotato di un distributore di acqua gratuito. Anche il fatto che all'ingresso ci fosse the e caffè gratuito, molto apprezzato.
Il letto matrimoniale è comodo e anche il letto divano comunque è stato più che fattibile (siamo stati 7 notti). Dotazione della cucina sufficiente e frigo funzionante e spazioso.
La camera per gli standard di NYC è grande e pulita.

את מיקום המלון קרוב לכל האתרים של דאון טאון מנהטן ,יש מסביב בתי קפה ומסעדות נהדרות .. בסמוך יש שני קניונים שמהן ניתן לעלות על רכבת הסאבויי ולהגיע לכל מקום במנהטן בקלות . המלון עצמו חדיש אנחנו התארחנו בסויטה וזה התאים לנו כמשפחה יש גם מטבחון קטן בסויטה . יש בלובי פינת קפה ותה לאורחי המלון.. הכל היה בסדר המלון הוא מלון עסקים ולא הגענו עם דרישות גבוהות כי רוב היום טיילנו והמיקום היה עבורנו נהדר

למלון אין חנייה צמודה אך כך זה בכל מנהטן יש חנייה בסמוך עם הסדר תשלום לאורחי המלון . אנחנו נחזור בהחלט

Cons:

Pokój, który wybraliśmy na Bookingu wcale tak nie wyglądał. Jedyny z lodówką ale prawie bez światła dziennego. Żadnego widoku na miasto. Ciemno i depresyjnie. Jedyne okno zasłonięte przez ogromne rury. Według personelu hotelu nie ma możliwości zamiany bo takich pokoi z widokiem na miasto nie ma.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das World Trade Center. Einfach Mega.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Frühstück im Hotel, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis.

Never again - they overbook and cancel rooms
Cons:

I will not consider staying at this hotel again. At 4:00 p.m. on the day of our arrival, the hotel called to tell us that no room was available, even though we had arrived earlier and prepaid for our stay. Their first proposed solution was to issue a refund, which would have left us without accommodation while traveling with two children. After a lengthy discussion, we were placed in a significantly smaller room and moved again to another room the following day, which was also smaller than the one we had paid for. We had never experienced such a stressful situation at a hotel, and I would not risk staying here again.

Memorable NY Vaca
Pros:

The close proximity to the 9/11 Memorial was very nice. The staff was friendly, room very clean, loved the free water station on our floor.

Cons:

We didn't request it, but were given a room w a handicap accessible bathroom and the shower water spread onto the floor past the small rubber retaining piece on the floor.
