Pros:

La estructura del hotel es acorde a lo esperado para un hotel de esa calificación.
El ambiente o tipo de gente en la pileta no me gusto para nada. El colchón no me gusto para mi le falta volumen.
Destacó la atención del personal en general, el desayuno es bueno.

Fué muy por debajo de mis expectativas (en función del precio que aboné). La habitación tenía olor a cigarrillo, la manija de la ducha estaba rota y me tuve que bañar con agua casi hirviendo, el teléfono no tenía pila (tuve que bajar a la recepción para solicitar un reclamo), y el control remoto de la tele también se quedó sin pila.
Lo mejor, la piscina y las canchas deportivas.

Al hacer el check in no nos informaron que hay un horario de piscina para niños y nos generó el inconveniente de tener que ir al jacuzzi exterior con una niña de 3 años.
Tampoco nos informaron que el acceso al Spa tenía costo adicional

Cargo extra por uso de la pileta climatizada. Unico filtro utilizado fue pileta climatizada, no aclaraba, ni el sitio de experia ni la confirmacion de la reserva del hotel , el cargo extra de u$s 10 por persona.
