Un excellent séjour avec un accueil exceptionnel, notamment grâce à Milos.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, le confort et la qualité du service. Une mention spéciale à Milos à la réception, qui a été particulièrement gentil, professionnel, disponible et attentionné. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

We could have been left without a room and without a refund for a fully prepaid reservation.
Pros:

The reservation had already been paid in full through Booking.com, but at check-in the hotel refused to give me the room because I did not have a physical credit card. Apple Pay and cash were not accepted. I was travelling with my child, and had I not found an alternative solution myself, we would have been left in Paris without accommodation and without a refund for a room that had already been fully paid for. I do not remember seeing any clear warning during the booking process that a physical credit card was mandatory. The manager was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. In addition, approximately €10 was later charged to my payment card without any explanation or itemised receipt. I did not use anything chargeable from the room, so I still do not know what this payment was for. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

Great location surrounded with restaurants, bakeries, bars ,fruit stands…

Cons:

The shower floor was very slippery- I slipped and ended up in the hospital for Ct scan. I had a fractured rib.
