Had a bad stay

Cons:

The check in process took time as they did not allow my guest to get the room quickly although all details available in the hotels system . They claimed that there is no booking under my name . Staff behavior was so bad at the check in counter. Misunderstanding from hotel side affected my guest experience with the hotel. For the checkout they used to call the concierge three times to just come and pick up the luggage

Overall, it was good value for money considering what the hotel offers. The room size was decent, and the amenities were satisfactory for a comfortable short stay.

Cons:

However, there were a few areas that need improvement. Both the rooms and beddings had an odd smell, which affected the overall comfort. Another downside was the toilet room doors not having locks, which lacked privacy and was quite inconvenient.

Breakfast experience was also disappointing. Since it was a holiday period, the hotel management should have anticipated the influx of guests better. The restaurant had a very long queue during breakfast, making the experience stressful and less enjoyable.

Not bad
Pros:

The location and the servants (luggage boys)

Cons:

The carpet was not really cleaned and needs to be replaced or cleaned well, the blanket was not softened , maybe the quality of the cotton , the bathroom was out of essential items like lofa, toothbrush, earbuds etc. and the reception or room service took linger time to answer and to deliver my request if any.

I stayed at Aloft Abu Dhabi (along with my wife and daughter to celebrate a personal event for one night) and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people and their commitment to outstanding customer service.
A special thank you to Maria and her front desk team, particularly Twinkle, for their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every interaction was handled with genuine care, efficiency, and a smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
I would also like to recognize Sai from the service team for his amazing support and dedication. His attentiveness, positive attitude, and readiness to assist whenever needed contributed greatly to the overall experience.
The combined efforts of Maria, Twinkle, Sai, and the entire Aloft Abu Dhabi team reflect a culture of excellence and customer-focused hospitality. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay
Pros:

Staff is welcoming, Breakfast was really up to the mark.
Pool area and resto in the hotel is really well maintained and good.
Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Cons:

The parking facility is not that great. Something to do with parking all over AU.
Its paid, slip needs to be stamped even for inhouse guest.
