Pros:

La alberca está amplia y limpia, en mi caso solo fui una noche, llegué muy tarde el sábado y entregué mi habitación el domingo a las 12, pero me permitieron disfrutar de las instalaciones hasta las 5 de la tarde sin costo, eso me agrado mucho, pude aprovechar toda la tarde el tiempo en la alberca.
Además el personal fue muy amable, y yo conseguí una habitación a muy bien precio por medio de Booking.

Pros:

Hotel is in great spot at end of canal, we have friends moored in a yacht on the bay, was easy for him to pick us up in the dinghy. The staff were great and looked after our bags when we left for 4 nights before returning.

Pros:

The pool was excellent and clean always . The staff in the restaurant was exceptional . Maria is terrific as a calming force and communicated with all guests . Terrific host .

Cons:

The maintenance on my room , 220 , wasn’t current . Where the cement texture on the walls meets the floor , very stained and dirty . The bathroom textured corners have holes deep enough to hide spiders and alacrans . Last year when I stayed the cleaaning staff was exceptional ( Arachela) , I loved the complete cleaning . This year the cleaning was incomplete and hurried .

Some good aspects some not so good.
Pros:

Lovely grounds and pool area.

Cons:

No bar fridge in room. No coffee machine. Staff a bit unfriendly. Quite far from everything. 10-15 minute walk.
