Reliable, consistent hotel!
Pros:

Perfect location for getting to my client's office. Great views in some rooms and close to the subway, restaurants, etc. Supremely comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around, given it's a NYC hotel room.

Cons:

When I checked in there was a wee bundle of hair in a corner of the bathroom and after taking off my shoes I stepped on something on the carpet that turned out to be a raisin (ick.) But cleanliness the following days was excellent.

I love that the thermostat is easily controllable, but I don't love that the control panel lights up in the middle of the night as the light is bright enough to disrupt sleep.
