Definitely go back great hotel woth just a couple of things that were disappointing
Pros:

Location was great . It was spotless everywhere .
Good entertainment for all ages .
Then pools were great and really different to any other hotel i have been to . The whole feel of the hotel was excellent

Cons:

No coffee facilities in room which was strange and room service was 12 euros for 2 cappuccino s !! Also no water was provided in rooms ,
80 percent of staff were great . But we had a couple of really rude staff which was a shame ,lan example of this was one day we had hone to buffet to get our breakfast on our return our table had been cleared . We were told we couldn’t sit there as someone else was mow going to sit there . told we would have to wait for another table

Muy decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación está ok, pero no compensa con lo malo. Hotel muy sobrevalorado. No vale la pena su precio.

Cons:

Me ha decepcionado muchísimo el hotel, nada que ver con las fotos. Las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, muy sucio. Un hotel lleno de niños, piscinas sucias, personal cansado, se nota el descontento, nadie está formado: preguntas por algo del hotel y como si no fuera con ellos. Habitación con olor a humedad, duchas de la piscina rotas. Una decepción brutal.
