Schade, mit wenig mehr Herzblut könnte man so viel erreichen

Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, saubere Zimmer, gute Betten

Cons:

Ich habe im Vorfeld 3 Mails via Booking.com an das Hotel gesendet. Keines wurde beantwortet! Ich weiss nicht mal, ob sie angekommen sind… Booking.com?
Telefon ans Hotel wurden nicht entgegengenommen. Für mich beide Punkte ungenügend.
Auf der Webseite wird angepriesen, Fahrradfreundlich zu sein. Ein Unterstellen von Fahrrädern war nicht einfach möglich.
Einer der beiden Aufzüge funktionierte nicht, offenbar schon länger. Man nimmt sich nicht mal die Mühe, ihn zu reparieren.
Das Frühstück: Verpflegung erfüllt. Aber liebevoll geht anders. Aber schon der Raum ist zu klein und sieht nicht frisch aus.

Könnyen megtalálható volt. Ágy kényelmes volt.

Cons:

Fürdőszoba nagyon pocike volt mindig bevertem magam tusolás közben. Zuhany kabin függönyel volt megolva oké zuhanyfüggöny de sok viz melé folyt mikor tusoltam . Zuhany kabin jobban paszolt volna jobb élmény lehetett volna túl szük volt a hely a zuhanyzáshoz. Ezzel nem voltam megelégedve.

Gutes ausreichendes Frühstück. Alles was man braucht . Freundliches Personal und Mitarbeiter.
Uns hat auch die Lage gefallen da wir viel U-Bahn und S-Bahn gefahren sind.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein. Wir hatten 2 x warten müssen da wir keinen Platz bekamen um zu frühstücken.
Da wir 1 Person dabei hatten die weder Kaffee noch Tee trank wäre es schön gewesen daß Kakao da gewesen wäre.
Auch für Kinder wäre Kakao schön gewesen.

Pros:

Gute Lage direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof.
Hohe Räume und dicke Wände - das Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig.
Kleines Bad mit aktiver Lüftung.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Leider werden auf dem Innenhof die Mülltonnen der Restaurants der benachbarten Gebäude gelagert - zu manchen Zeiten war es daher unmöglich zu lüften, weil ein süßlicher Verwesungsgeruch aufstieg.
Früh morgens und abends ging es aber in der Regel ohne Probleme.
