Pros:

Simppeli, siisti hotelli, kaikki toimi hyvin. Huone (8 krs.) hyvin rauhallinen, ei kuulunut ääniä mistään. Aamiaiselta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ich wollte schon immer die Markthalle von Hakaniemi sehen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war direkt unter dem Dach, recht langweilig.

Sijainti oli erinomainen, kävimme kahdessa teatteriesityksessä ja hotellilta oli miellyttävä kävelymatka molempiin esityksiin.
Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja kahvi erinomaista.

Cons:

Aamiaissali oli hieman ruuhkainen molempina aamuina mikä aiheutti sen, ettei aina ollut ihan miellyttävä istua kun naapuripöydässä istuivat kovin leveästi.
Sehän ei tietenkään ole hotellin vika, mutta epämiellyttävää se oli silti.

Hotel cómodo y funcional
Pros:

Es un hotel cómodo y funcional con una ubicación excelente para conocer la ciudad. El centro está a dos pasos. Hay una sauna para hombres y otra para mujeres. Desde el ventanal teníamos vistas de la plaza con la bahía al fondo.

Justo al lado hay supermercados (incluyendo uno 24 horas), una farmacia, cafeterías, tiendas, etc. También tienes el Mercado de Hakaniemi, ideal para probar la gastronomía local y comprar productos típicos, y un lago.

En la misma plaza hay metro, tranvía y autobuses. El autobús que va al aeropuerto (600) tiene parada, lo cual es muy práctico, especialmente si te vas de madrugada.

Recomendable, salvo por el detalle que menciono abajo.

Cons:

Estuvimos siete días y la limpieza nos pareció insuficiente. Polvo y pelusas campaban a sus anchas por la habitación.

Pros:

スタッフがみな親切で、感じがよかった。市場や地下鉄、トラム、バス停の目の前だったこと。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がなかったり、掃除を忘れられていたことがあったこと。受付でお願いしたらすぐにやってくれた。

Location next to the metro.
Luggage storage after checkout.

Cons:

For a 4-star hotel, it'd be nice to at least have kettles in the room, although I understand this is a policy to encourage buying hot drinks and breakfast at the hotel.

Due to roadworks in front of the hotel it was noisy - not hotel's fault, but information in advance would have been welcome.

les chambres mériteraient un coup de rafraichissement.
le petit dej était très bon avec une belle offre de produits locaux.
La personne qui gère le petit déjeuner était tres souriantes et gentilles. Petit plus l' effort de glisser un petit mot dans la langue des touristes

Nothing great but convenient.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to a nice location and with a lot of eateries around. Convenient to walk to most of the touristy places. Breakfast was alright.

Cons:

Considering it's a 4 star rating, I don't think it's worth. No bathroom slippers, no tea-coffee machine in the room. Basic features are not great.
