I’d go again in a heartbeat
Pros:

It was right in the main piazza with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops close by. Staff were excellent and very helpful

The hotel is in an excellent location, right opposite the beautiful Teatro Massimo.
We requested a room with a view of the theatre, which, based on the description, seemed to correspond to the Superior Room.
However, there was a huge tree directly in front of our balcony, so we couldn’t see the building at all. When we complained, we were told that all the rooms have like this, and in the end, they waived the surcharge.

The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We ordered breakfast to our room, and it was delicious and plentiful.

Cons:

There was no view of the theatre.

Excellent location, good value for money and great stuff who can’t do enough for you.

Excellent location and really helpful staff.

Cons:

The Breakfast arrangements were a little odd - we were a family of four split onto two tables of two in the dining room. We do understand the limitations though - the hotel does not have room for everyone to have breakfast, so people are encouraged to breakfast in their room.
