Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, very central and easy walk to all the sights. Lovely helpful staff. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable, we had a balcony room facing the Teatro Massimo but trees block the view. Breakfast was lovely and staff accommodated our request for yoghurt and granola.

Cons:

The shower was small and low pressure.

What I love most about the hotel is the location. It is a wonderful hotel. I would rate it higher than most in palermo, with a staff that is beyond accommodating. I thought I had an issue with my air. Conditioning, and they immediately attended to my problem, and I had it in/on the wrong "mode." One of my guests left their purse passport in Euro. At the hotel, the staff immediately sought out several options. And it was delivered to the airport within the hour. They will always be heroes to me. And my guest, who left her purse.

Mam niedosyt Palermo, na pewno tu wrócę i oczywiście zatrzymam się w tym hotelu.
Pros:

Lokalizacja doskonała, w samym centrum z widokiem na Teatr Massimo. Czułam się zaopiekowana przez personel, na powitanie otrzymałam powitalnego drinka co w upalny dzień było wyśmienitym rozpoczęciem przygody w Palermo. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone, jest możliwość zjedzenia śniadania w pokoju a nawet w łóżku :) bez dodatkowych kosztów. Obsługa hotelu nienaganna, Gracie mille.

Nic. Wszystko było doskonałe.

I’d go again in a heartbeat
