Additional passes can be purchased for EUR 20. For our Privilege Double Room, access to the Royatonic Spa & Wellness Centre is charged EUR 20 per person.
Please note that the sofa bed in the Family Junior Suite (2 Adults + 2 Children - 12 years old) is reserved for children only and charged extra €25 per child per night.

une super expérience pour nous. Des chambres tout conforts, un petit déjeuné très copieux en terrasse et une super soirée dans le bar du restaurant sur le toit avec une belle vu sur Clermont ferrant et une carte agréable et abordable
On pensait que l'accès à la piscine était compris dans le prix de la chambre et qu'elle était dans l'hôtel.
Mais ça m'enlève rien aux belles prestations offertes.

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel , la qualité des repas, la qualité de la literie, la propreté de la chambre.
Les rideaux ne sont pas assez larges pour occulter parfaitement la chambre.
Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist gediegen und das essen ist ausserordentlich gut.
Zum duschen ist er einstieg in die Badewanne sehr hoch.

L'hôtel est magnifique, la chambre aussi, lit confortable, accès au spa facile, parking juste devant l'établissement
Prix du pdj élevé mais celui-ci est néanmoins varié et de bonne qualité
Chambre très agréable et spacieuse, excellente literie , une douche serait préférable à une baignoire. La restauration est de très bon niveau bravo au chef pour sa créativité. L’accès préférentiel aux bains adjacents. Roof top agréable avec belle vue.
Fenêtres et extérieurs ( bords ) non nettoyées. ( toile araignée , fiente de pigeon).
Escaliers permettant l’accès au roof top pas nettoyés .
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce superbe hôtel, le service est particulièrement à l’écoute et aux petits soins, ce fut un séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le rooftop, avec sa vue sur la vallée et sa carte intéressante.
