Concierge by the name of Christophe at the Adelaide Pullman. So friendly and helpful. We have been going to the Adelaide Pullman for 4 years and he remembers our family and our two little girls. He really makes it feel like visiting our second home. Really he is an incredible human being.
Pillows a bit firm.
I loved how fancy it was but family friendly. The pool and rooms were perfect. Staff were polite and my kids loved it there. I enjoyed room service. There was something for everybody
You were kind of left to figure everything out on your own at the breakfast buffet but it wasn't a huge deal and the food and options were great
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choices. Staff were all very friendly. All my questions were answered online before we arrived. Its our 2nd visit and we will be back for a 3rd next year.
Its still a little pricey for a single mum with 2 girls but its one of the better hotels in Adelaide
My view of the carpark
Views, comfortable beds, cleanliness, location. Great staff.
Room didn’t cater for a booking for 4 people. Only one seat, only two robes, two slippers. We had a balcony view, would’ve loved a few seats on the balcony to enjoy the view. Very disappointed that the spa was out of order on both attempts to use it. Buffet breakfast didn’t cater at all to a vegan food preference, eg no non dairy milk or butter alternatives. Vegemite in a bowl!, had to use a spoon and scoop it on my plate with my finger.
Great location, lovely clean rooms, brilliant warm indoor pool and spa/sauna/steam room
Pool needed more seating/sun beds
We had 4 nights here because this was where our conference was. The hotel was well located, just a block from the centre of town with a handy supermarket right across the road. There are lot of restaurants out the main door, turn left and left.
The hotel is pretty standard for its type, room was clean, bathroom a good size (please supply a toilet brush) and service good. Only one weird thing. I was leaving the room in the middle of the day and just grabbed what I thought was my room card. I did think, hmm, I though the card was black and this one was white but though nothing more of it. Then it didn't work in the lift (I was travelling to the conference floor.)
So, I went to reception and they rekeyed it but they did seem a bit surprised and looked at it oddly. The next day when we realised we had three keys for the room, two standard and one different, we realised that the odd one must have been a key left behind by a cleaner.
Hotel did a good job for the conference too - food and venue good except please fix the coffee stations - they need to have a logical flow - ie cup first, then hot water then milk so people don't go backwards and wreck the flow. The coffee stations were very badly sited for good people flow
Balcony was full of water and a little untidy compared to the rest of the facilities
Great location. Good breakfast. Clean.
The pool area could be nicer and the pool water warmer but spa was nice.
