Well located hotel
The pool and spa were not open. They were being renovated.
We thought the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the breakfast and all the options. I liked that it catered for both children and adults. My daughter loves the pancake maker! We also loved getting upgraded to a balcony room and the birthday cake for my daughter was a beautiful and memorable touch.
Only that the toilet filled up when we flushed it and I thought it may overflow at one point. It thankfully didn’t.
Excellent location. Comfortable bed the room was clean.
Surprised that the hot water was only lukewarm.
We were looking forward to have a hot shower but not to be.
The staff were excellent.

Rooms were standard basic but really nice and comfortable, had everything you need. Showers were amazing, beds were comfy, staff were absolutely brilliant with everything we needed or had to deal with can’t rate the staff any higher especially the service manager that dealt with us 💙 mini bar was awesome if needed but costly, foodland right close if needed. The pool and spa sauna were amazing highlight of our stay once Reno’s are complete on roof area this place will be amazing kids loved it so much. Bar snacks and food were delicious and service was excellent made to feel very special. I loved our short stay there.
Would recommend having brakes on the beds so they don’t move so easily there was a hole in the room that had been repaired before unsure if was caused by my kids or was there previously but was the corner of the bed so definitely needing brakes may I add the staff were incredibly understanding and awesome when I noticed and told them about this, mini bar was very pricey but that’s to be expected and was stocked nicely and can order room service which was reasonably priced and food looked incredible.
