Ideal location, Great Views
Pros:

Amazing location, sea view room was absolutely fascinating. Clean and big size rooms. It's also under 10 mins drive to all theme parks in Yas Island, so that helps

Cons:

All went well, untill at check out, we had a disappointing experience with luggage where staff member was busy clicking photos for others while we waited to move to the car.

بشكل عام، كان الفندق ممتازًا. فقد قمت بحجز غرفتين عن طريق Booking.com بالإضافة إلى جناح إضافي مباشرة من الفندق، وكانت جميع الخدمات على مستوى التوقعات باستثناء خدمة صف السيارات (الفاليه).

Cons:

منذ لحظة وصولنا، كان تعامل موظفي الفاليه غير احترافي وجاف. أوضحت لهم أنني سأقوم فقط بإجراءات تسجيل الدخول وسأعود مباشرة لإنزال الأمتعة، إلا أنهم أصروا على أخذ سيارتي فورًا. وعندما عدت، اضطررت إلى انتظار إحضار السيارة مرة أخرى فقط حتى أتمكن من إنزال أغراضنا.

وفي الوقت نفسه، كانت عائلتي في سيارة أخرى تنتظر لحين انهاء اجراءات تسجيل الدخول ، طلب منهم موظفو الفاليه المغادرة بحجة أنهم يسببون ازدحامًا او تسليم السياره لخدمه صف السيارات ، رغم أنه لم يكن هناك أي ازدحام عند المدخل. كان أسلوبهم يوحي وكأننا نطلب منهم خدمة مجانية، وليس خدمة يقدمها الفندق لضيوفه.

ولم يتوقف الأمر عند ذلك، فبعد إعادة سيارتي انتظرت ما بين 10 إلى 15 دقيقة حتى يأتي أحد لمساعدتنا في إنزال الأمتعة. والأسوأ أنني أبلغت موظفي الاستقبال بما حدث، لكن لم يكن هناك أي تجاوب أو متابعة.

من المؤسف أن خدمة الفاليه بهذا المستوى، إضافة إلى تجاهل الشكوى، أفسدت تجربة كانت لتكون ممتازة

It was lovely abd we highly recommend Crowne Plaza !
Pros:

The rooms , the venue of the hotel ! Good value for money especially with theme parks are being included . One stay - one theme park . You can check in and use your tickets or you can use it on day of check out .

Cons:

It was too busy , the breakfast time had to wait for table, had to wait cutlery and etc . But on other side staff really tried to help as they could .
