An amazing place to stay in Copenhagen
Pros:

Amazing staff, very friendly and courteous. Cleaning staff excellent - the Filipino lady who serviced our room on level 15 was so nice and such great attention to detail. Buffet breakfast very nice and good value for money. Such an easily accessibility hotel, great kids room and close to shops and train and great base for your stay in Copenhagen.

Cons:

I loved it all. The only problem we have is we didn't stay for longer!

Great stay and staff
Pros:

Enjoyable, no-fuss experience. Allowed early check-in and benefits. Room was very comfortable with ability to manage the temperature. Quiet. There is a mall within 5-10 minutes walk that has many stores and a supermarket which is very convenient. Overall, would recommend. The only downside it that the elevators are slow and one did not work for the length of my stay. Still would recommend if you are in the area, but a bit far from main areas to go out at night. Staff was very friendy when needed.

We stayed two friends for one night for a condert, great location and can definately recommend
Pros:

View was amazing,
The breakfast was tasty and there was a large variety.
The beds were really comfortable.
Decent sized room, did not feel crowded.
There was a bathtub.

Cons:

Could have used some more hair amenities like a hair straignener, other than that there wasnt really anything to complain about
