Kun engelsktalende personale i receptionen ved ankomst. Gav ventetid på ca. 30 min. Eller mere. Det er for dårlig service i DK. I bør gøre opmærksom på det i Bookingcom.

CPH EXECUTIVE
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with everything you need including nice restaurants and café with a wonderful breakfast. Rooms are clean and super comfortable. Business center was perfect for my needs. Close to the airport. Train station is very close and easy to navigate to the center for all of the sites. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

God placering, god morgenmad, træls ventilation
Pros:

Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet, der var fyldt op over alt. Søde og venlige tjenere.
Sublim placering, hvis man er til shopping og koncerter.

Cons:

Ventilationen larmer meget, som andre også skriver, og der lå ét sæt ørepropper og vi var 3.
Gæstesengen var forfærdelig, så vi endte med at ligge 3 i dobbeltsengen.
