Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Just Dont book the Cozy Room
Pros:

The Dean has one of the most charming Restaurant, delicious at any time of day and with a very well sorted bar and wonderful staff and a great local vibe. This restaurant, The Benedict, is what really made my stay pleasurable. The staff of the hotel were VERY nice, yet not sure how well trained. There were a few miscommunication matters during my stay. Nerver the less, they were kind enough to compensate the trouble with drinks and a dinner.

Cons:

The price relation to the room is completely wrong. The Cozy Room is not only Ridiculously small, and with no wardrobes, its quite claustrophobic. It has a nice design, yet the bed was unconfortable, the bathroom had issues...And the price is too expensive!! Even if it were a regular small room.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön .

Cons:

Der Service war ungenügend. Die Ausstattung unzureichend. Es gab im Zimmer keine Ablageflächen für das eigene Gepäck. Keinen Schrank, statt dessen 2 Kleiderbügel und 2 Haken. Im Bad keine Aufhängung für die Handtücher.

Very nice stay at Ku'damm
Pros:

Beautiful room, well equipped (kettle, bottled water everyday) with comfy bed and nice bathroom. There is a wide selection on the breakfast menu - definitely you should book your stay with it!

The place was noisy with people apparently coming and going even after midnight, staff at the reception counter not friendly. Would not stay there again.

Pros:

friendly staff, clean room, good isolation (very quiet with closed windows)

Cons:

reception area is very noisy and hectic because of the cafe Benedict; bathroom facilities could be better (especially the shower head isn’t made the high water pressure); shelves in the room are very unsuitable for the luggage and clothes; there isn’t a socket at the electric kettle, so heating water in the room is very complicated; bathroom could have been cleaner
