Spacious central apartments
Pros:

Really central apartment. Friendly efficient staff. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room, comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with all you need for small amount of self-catering. Great shower. Washing machine was a bonus although we didn't use it. Very convenient parking pre-booked with the hotel. We didn't have breakfast, but I am sure it would have been delicious. We really enjoyed our short stay and would recommend.

Cons:

The main reason we didn't have breakfast was that it seemed very expensive!

Very satisfactory.
Pros:

It was an excellent location for everything I had to do in Dresden that weekend, and the venues I had to get to. Breakfast was very good, in elegant surroundings with very pleasant staff.

Cons:

It took a very long time to find where the suite was. The number on the key did match what's written on the door, but this is in very small numbering, next to "Drescher Incoming & Tourismus" - a bit confusing, making me think that was someone's private office!
And just one other thing: using the shower in the main bathroom (the staff had very generously upgraded me to a suite that had two), I noticed at once that it was not draining, filling up and spilling over the rest of the bathroom floor in less than two minutes. I tried to see if I could unblock the plug, but found it was in need of cleaning and clearing more professionally than I could achieve. It was a very spacious bathroom, so I mopped up the flooding on the floorspace it had affected so far, and just confined myself to the remaining area.

Für eine Nacht zum Flanieren im Zentrum rund um die Frauenkirche perfekt.
Pros:

Direkt am Neumarkt. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Großes Wohnzimmer, das als zweites Schlafzimmer gut nutzbar war.

Cons:

Direkt am Neumarkt, aber kein Blick auf die Frauenkirche, wie in manchen Kommentaren angedeutet. Zu teuer am Wochenende. Frühstücksoption in anderer Straße und zu teuer.

Located on the historical center. Very helpful personnel.

Cons:

Couch was very dirty, I couldn't sit on it. Internet connection was weaker than I expected especially if you are trying to do video calls, but overall worked OK.
