Niestety było parę szczegółów, które sprawiły, że ogólne wrażenie nie było super pozytywne. Na przykład fakt, że śniadania są w innym budynku - w lato może to nie jest większy problem, ale w zimie - przechodzenie 200 metrów do miejsca gdzie jest serwowane śniadanie - a potem powrót do hotelu, to niezbyt przyjemna sprawa.
Zasłony były brudne. Czuć było zapach papierosów, generalnie miejscami dość zaniedbane kąty. Wykładzina - niezbyt estetyczna.
Brak klimatyzacji - trafiliśmy akurat na dość chłodny czas (20 stopni) a i tak nie dało się w nocy wytrzymać z duchoty - wiatrak średnio sobie radzi (przy okazji jest bardzo głośny), przy otwarciu okien natomiast słychać szum miasta
Pokoje nie są sprzątane - nie ma dostawy żelu czy mydła (te które są, pachną tanioscia i brakiem gustu)
Karta partkingowa przy wyjeździe nie działała - musieliśmy prosić innych gości o pomoc
Brak kawy czy herbaty albo podstawowych produktów jak oliwa, woda żeby móc skorzystać z kuchni. Jest ekspres ale bez kawy to trochę bez sensu.
Jest pralka ale znowu brak płynu do prania.

A large apartment, but the layout of the furniture and kitchen appliances is impractical: the fridge doesn't have a freezer, even though there's room in the kitchen to put three freezers, range hood positioned to the side rather than above the stove, There are no hooks in the bathroom, and the light above the mirror is so high up that you can't see anything anyway because it's dark. But most importantly—upon arriving at the apartment rented for self-catering, there is no knife, cutting board, corkscrew, or frying pan. Negligence.

Das Frühstück ist außerhalb vom Hotel und man muss ca 200 Meter laufen. Dafür sieht man die Frauenkirche schon am frühen Morgen. Der Zugang zur Tiefgarage ist recht umständlich und der Preis für den Stellplatz sehr hoch. Die Kinder mussten den vollen Frühstückspreis zahlen, leider hatten wir das erst später bemerkt, sonst hätten wir ohne Frühstück reserviert und uns in ein Café gesetzt. Dies wäre deutlich billiger gewesen und die Cafés sind auch sehr gut.
