Très bien placé en plein centre

the view from the front rooms and the rooftop restaurant
when we arrived in the first night, thet tryed to give us a smaller room like service or something, after a talk with the manager they offerd a taxi to another location to sleep for 1 night, after that we came back at the hotel for the other nights, the rooms are ok but they are small, if you don't mind that in rest are ok.
Tout s'est bien passé l'hotel est très bien situé en plein centre et à proximité des lieux touristiques. Une super vue sur Istanbul depuis la rooftop de l'hotel où on peut prendre le petit dejeuner ou le diner.
Le personnel est fort sympatique
La localització i el personal molt amable i ens ajuda amb tot el que vam necessitar.
És molt sorollòs, les parete són de paper i sent tot de lws altres habitacions i escala. L'esmorzar molt simple i no simple i no es veia massa fresc.
Vue incroyable et petit-déjeuner bon, varié et en quantité. Accès à l'ancien hippodrome en moins de 10 minutes à pied !
Nos chambres donnaient sur un espace entre les immeubles, nous protégeant des bruits de la rue, un calme bienvenu après les journées de visite trépidantes !
Les chambres étaient un peu sombres et petites mais ça n'a pas été dérangeant étant donné le peu de temps que nous y avons passé (les journées de visite de la ville sont très denses !)

El personal era muy amable y servicial, sobretodo la joven que estaba en recepción. Aunque tuvimos un pequeño malentendido à la hora de tener dos camas pequeñas en vez de una doble ella se ofreció para arreglar la situación.
La presión de la ducha era muy débil y faltaba una mampara de la ducha.
La ubicación es excelente, muy cómoda para recorrer la ciudad caminando. El desayuno también fue muy completo y variado.
Como sugerencia, sería bueno mejorar la ropa de cama: no había sábana de arriba y la manta disponible tenía una textura bastante áspera y era un poco pequeña para el tamaño de la cama. De todas maneras, cuando la pedí, me proporcionaron una manta extra, lo cual agradezco mucho. Con una ropa de cama más cómoda y adecuada al tamaño de la cama, la experiencia sería aún mejor.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were really happy with our choice. What we liked most was the location — it is very close to the main tourist attractions, and public transportation is easily accessible, which made getting around the city easier.
The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good variety of food, everything was fresh and tasty, and it was a great way to start the day.
A special thank you to the young lady at the reception, who was always very polite, friendly and helpful. She was always ready to assist us whenever we needed something, and her kindness really made our stay even more enjoyable.
For us, it was a great choice and, if we come back to Istanbul, we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!
One small thing that could be improved is the soundproofing. The sound insulation is not the best, so at times we could hear some noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.
Great terrace and roof top restaurant. Well located. We had a really easy and enjoyable couple of days.
Roof top restaurant is very over-priced. Stunning view … but if you’ve just arrived do work out the exchange rates!!
