Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy:
Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.
Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are not accepted. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Please note rooms cannot accommodated extra beds. Extra beds are only available in suites.
Dogs weighing 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) or less are allowed in guest rooms for a daily fee of GBP 25. Service animals are not subject to weight limits. Additional charges apply including a GBP 100 cleaning fee. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by a dog.

Amazing hospitality, great and helpful staff, they look at the details and they made me feel welcomed in every step of my trip from check in till the check out. I am a frequent traveler, W Hotel was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

The location was amazing. You can walk literally anywhere within a couple minutes. Nearby to many restaurants in Chinatown and in Soho. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service is SUPER. They clean a few times a day, refill towels very often during the day, make the bed twice a day. This is very helpful as we stayed with our kid.
Only some small issues: there was 0 outlet in the bathroom areas, so it's hard to style your hair while getting ready in the morning. Soundproofing is not the best, at night you can still hear people talking in the street (the room is a corner room and face chinatown directly)
AC didn’t work, staff was trying to avoid fixing it.

They make us fool and took massage charges unnecessarily it was pathetic cleaning was not good

The staff were so warm and welcoming. Addressing the guests by their name made us feel special

Stayed at the W hotel to attend a concert, a mother, daughter break and it was fantastic, Joes warm welcome set the tone and the complimentary surprises made us feel genuinely cared for & the rooms, Wow. The concierge team were lovely too, always friendly & really helpful in getting us to where we needed to be that night. It was exactly what we hoped for & the little touches made it even more special, we left feeling refreshed, happy and already talking about the next time.

Everything is fine maybe late night noisy on Friday night and Saturday night from outside the hotel as the area is busy of people
Was in london for one night and thought would try the W , did book around 1.30 on the day and room wasn’t ready till 5.30, the staff were amazing and could apologise enough., and kept me well informed .

Can't say enough good things about this property and the staff!! Pricey, but well worth the experience!
Costumer service was impeccable! From the check-in to check-out process. I had a few questions regarding my stay and although addressed by the customer service representative at the time, someone else followed up just to ensure that my inquiries were adequately addressed.
It’s close to everything including The Lego store (maybe not so much a positive as my 5yo doesn’t quite understand the value of money lol)
