Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und es war jeden Tag jemand da um im Zimmer kurz sauber zu machen und den Müll zu leeren. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, dort gibt es sogar einen Kiosk.

Die Nähe zum Gardaland ist super. Die Kaffee Bar beim Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Ausblick auf eine Beton Treppe, wo Leergut gelagert wurde. Türstock vom Badezimmer vom Wasser völlig kaputt. Teppich hatte riesige Flecken. Handtücher wurden zwar mitgenommen, aber keine neuen hinterlassen. Türkarte funktionierte nicht. Und ein herablassend wirkendes Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
