Location, nice room

Cons:

Room service hours not convenient, usually 9am, at one point he walked in on us getting dressed.
Not the double bed advertised; two singles sewn together.
Breakfast a bit expensive.
Not a proper duvet; no duvet cover, just a thin duvet with two matress covers either side that we had to remake every evening.

We are happy but only 7/10 due to other concerns.
Pros:

It would be good if you add the kitchen with hot plates, washing machine, drier. The kettle and coffee mugs are too small not good enough for us to enjoy the hot coffee.

Cons:

Cleaner's don't vacuum everytime they clean the room, when we saw the ckeaners we requested to her to vacuum the carpet but she didn't. We need to request from the receptionist to get it done.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Location is fantastic for public transport, trains and free trams around the city. Parking is available. Great prices with breakfast included for us.

Cons:

Our room had a lot of road noise which we didn't notice when we stayed here previously. The staff checking us in forgot to tell us that we needed to collect a voucher for the car parking so ended up having to pay twice. It was refunded by the staff the next day but was a bit inconvenient. Lifts were playing up Sunday, with one out of order and the others busy with breakfast time, so took ages to leave.
