Bed was comfortably, location was great ,

Cons:

No desk instructions for aircon, room service, how to contact customer service. In saying this, we didn’t find out till later that there are some things on the tv in regards to customer service. Not all of us know this. . There were no hairdryers bath mats or face washers, ion departure, I asked this question and I was told you need to ring through fir these items, again there was no instructions in the room stating this plus you expect bath mats and face washers to be in the room, I should t need to call customer service to bring them to the room. , , the air con numbers were smudged off, only 1 cup, 1 teaspoon, I drinking glass, I would have gone to another hotel if I knew this before hand.

Pros:

Perfect location for both public transport and covering off the inner city areas on foot. Arriving by airport bus, it was a seamless exercise to get to the hotel easily, pulling our bags. The staff were very helpful and the included breakfast was great.

Pros:

Staff were lovely despite being very busy with an onslaught of customers.

Cons:

Balding and worn carpets, worn and cheap kitchenette, worn, tired and saggy couch, worn and dusty curtains that don't close all the way, worn metal parts of shower and sink.
The breakfast area resembles a cheap fast-food eatery and tables to sit down to eat are so close to teach other that it feels like a feeding trough.

Easy to get my work done and access all the elements of the city for business and pleasure.
Pros:

This location is easy to get to and from connections and venues.

Cons:

I didn’t realise that part of the property fronts a busy road as I have been fortunate to always have a room on Aurora Lane side. I will take care in booking in future to specify this.

Overall it was a pleasant stay
Pros:

Good breakfast. Excellent location . Near the southern cross train station.

Cons:

Some areas of the carpets have come off . Looked unpleasant.
When asked to clean - carpet or kitchen top was not cleaned .

Comfortable beds & pillows. Good shower. Good breakfast selection.

Cons:

Cooked hot selection for breakfast both times was only luke warm even at 7.05am. I did stir it too but not hot underneath.
Person doing rooms only emptied bins. Never put clean cups, or left milk & sugars. Also,only tucked sheets in, never actually made the beds. Feel some training is needed tbh.
