Pros:

Every staff member we encountered were really friendly. I'd especially like to give a shout out to Luci who went above and beyond to make our stay so nice. I really like that we were provided water and snacks. We will be back.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't very good but they did have a lot of options.

Cons:

Absolutely not customer-oriented staff. We had some problems with card payment, and a receptionist didn't have any wishes to help us and propose other options. We had to choose another hotel, with more customer-oriented staff.

Friendly staff, large clean rooms, great breakfast and did I mention the amazing staff??
Pros:

Check in was so quick and easy. The front desk staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful with where we could find somewhere to eat around the area. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Our room was clean and smelled nice. Overall, we are so appreciative that we had such a great experience at University Hotel. Oh, I almost forgot the BONUS is there is a Dutch Bros right in the same parking lot!

Cons:

The only thing that comes to mind is the wi-fi. It was not stable enough for me to do classwork or for my grandson to watch a movie on his phone (or play a game), We were not able to get the TV to connect to the internet as well. But I would not say this was a huge game changer for us. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Safe, Clean, New Remodle, EXCELLENT Staff!
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last several years. This time was better than all of the other stays, love the remodle! The rooms are perfect for families, singles and couples. The breakfast has a good selection, something for everyone. It's walking distance to several place to eat as well as a Walmart. The remodle is gorgeous and modern. The beds were FABULOUS after a long day of play. Everything was spotless clean! Kudos to your cleaners too! Not only did they do their jobs very well they were full of kindness when we needed a little assistance at breakfast. Santiago, (I believe his name was), the young man at the front desk, was professional, knowledgeable and had an excellent personality! That young man is a keeper!
I was traveling with an old friend. I use to be a tour bus driver, she was one of the tour guides I worked with. Although now retired, we've seen our share of hotels over 30+ years in the business. We both were in agreement at the quality of this little highway side hotel and will recommend to friends and family if they're heading to the area. A++++++ on feeling safe too!

Cons:

I've been thinking about this for about 5 minutes and seriously cannot think of one thing unless you find a way to make it free, I think you've got the rest covered!
