أعجبني الغرفة كبيرة و شرحه هو عبارة عن جناح و الموقع ممتاز قريب جدا من السنتر و الفطور كويس والموظفين رائعين يخدمونك في اي شي بذات الموظفة اللى عند الاستقبال اشكرها كانت خدومه و بشوشه كل شي أعجبني 👍

Die Zimmer waren geräumig (Suite), das Parkhaus im Untergeschoss und ein vernünftiges Frühstück zum akzeptablen Preis.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der „ruhigen Lage“ gewählt. Jedoch haben die Zimmer kaum den Lärm der Straße gedämpft, so dass bis spät in die Nacht keine Ruhe entstand. Dafür war der Preis doch zu hoch. Steckdosen waren im Zimmer kaum vorhanden.

A wonderful stay overall, unfortunately affected by our final check-out experience.
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our six-night stay. The hotel was very clean, the suites were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially the evening reception team.

Cons:

Our final interaction at check-out was disappointing. Due to an unexpected driver delay, we asked to keep just one of our two suites for only 30 extra minutes. Despite explaining our situation and some health-related needs in my family, the receptionist repeatedly refused until I practically had to plead with her. She eventually agreed, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially since housekeeping could simply start with the other suite.

Pros:

Our room was a junior suite with a street view. It was super clean, spacious and comfortable and quite. The street is not very busy. The breakfast was amazing! They also offered us free drinks upon arrival. It was also possible to buy tickets for the Caracalla spa and go there through the underground passage. This hotel was very convenient in every way possible. Oh we also travelled by car and it was easy to park under the hotel for 25 euros for one day. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Best place to stay in Baden Baden with friendly stuff, excellent breskfast snd proximity to everything.
Pros:

Excelent location for walking to the baths and the old town. The Dom is a few minutes away, also lots of restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

There was really nothing not to like.

passt alles, für Therme sollte man extra Tag einplanen.
Pros:

wie gewohnt sehr gut

Cons:

das Frühstück hat etwas nachgelassen, speziell der Service u Personal. Letztes Jahr gab es noch einen Oberkellner, der alles im Griff hatte. Die jetzigen Mädels müssen sich noch besser abstimmen.
Auch das nachfüllen am Büffet muss besser u schneller klappen. Obstauswahl war früher besser.
Kommen aber gern wieder.

I cannot rate this hotel and its employees high enough - 11/10
Pros:

The street unloading zone and parking garage were easy to find. Without exception the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and large and the shower had plentiful hot water. The location was very good with just a short pleasant stroll to the downtown core. In our travels throughout Europe this summer this was the best hotel, bar none.
