Few days in comfort and relaxation
Pros:

Everything is great. The staff is polite and efficient. We were upgraded to the bigger room (not sure is it a hotel or Booking.com). The room was amazingly clean, I mean it, I'm traveling a lot and that was probably in top-5 of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in (after few Japanese hotels, but there is no shame to be after Japanese hotels in this dimension).
Breakfast was great.
Free welcome drink vouchers.
Bed was extremely comfortable.

Pros:

Great hotel on a great location near the city centre and straight next to the Caracalla Thermen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay but felt it was expensive for having to pay for breakfast and parking.
Pros:

Upscale next to the thermal spas. I liked being able to buy tickets for Caracalla and towels were provided.

Cons:

Expensive and the amount for breakfast was not clearly marked. Continental breakfast was $50.00 each morning for two people. Our room was right next to the dining room and we could hear dishes clanking every morning around 6:30. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Book a Superior Suite!
Pros:

We booked the superior suite and it was a very spacious room. The location is phenomenal! It was a very hot weekend and we were so comfortable in the cold air conditioning while we slept. We loved the plush bathrobes and the availability to purchase tickets for the spa. They even had a kids size robe for our daughter.

Cons:

The underground “path” to the spa is through the parking garage. We walked in circles in our bathrobes trying to find the spa entrance.
