Disappointing standard by Marriott Newport Manila. Not within the Marriott global standard.

Receptionist have treated us as second class guests due to we booked through booking.com. The receptionist is not solution driven for any miscommunication between booking.com and Mariott. The standard by Marriott Newport Manila is way below the Marriott standard in other countries. I am a valued member of booking.com and so with Marriott Bonvoy. Very disappointing staff. Marriott needs to evaluate the staff and retrain to maintain global standar nor Marriott standard to the least.

Amazing
Pros:

Staff were amazing, room was beyond what i expected. Room was so clean. Love that we are attached to the mall was super convenient. And was able to walk to the Footbridge to Terminal 3.
