Pros:

A really well designed and nice looking hotel, with very nice personell. Welcome complimentary local champaigne is a perfect start for Georgian getaway. Breakfast is in a well designed cafe that is part of the hotel and gives perfect vibes to start a day.

Cons:

During our stay we had power outages, but as it was a national thing duri g our stay, the hotel cannot and should not be held to fault.

השהיה שנרצה לשכוח אותה במהרה.
Pros:

שום דבר לא אהבנו, אפילו לא מוצאת מילה מתאימה לאכזבה שלי מהמקום. פשוט נפלנו בבחירה שלנו.

Cons:

קבלתי הלם ממיקום המלון, ממש ישר על כביש מאוד מרכזי. גם היציאה מהמלון מסוכנת. אומנם הייתה מרפסת בחדר אבל לא ניתן להשתמש בה כי רעש של המכוניות בלתי נסבל. ביקשתי להחליף את הכיוון אך נהניתי בשלילה. הפקידה הייתה נחמדה ואמרה שבקומה 5 לא נשמע את הרעש. היא פשוט לא ידעה מה היא מדברת. בקומה השישית בערבים הייתה מוזיקה חיה מרעישה עד 23 בלילה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה לא טעימה. לצערי, מאוד לא ממליצה להגיע למלון הזה. למרות שצוות העובדים מאוד ניסה להיות אדיב, אבל כל היתר מתחת לביקורת. גם ארוחת הבוקר בקופסה שקבלנו הייתה בלתי אכילה. הכל הלך לפח. מאכזב מאוד.

الموظفة ياني كانت ممتازه و خلوقه و تساعد الجميع بكل امر اتمنى من الجميع اخذ طريقتها و الجميع جيدين لكن موظفة التستقبال ياني لا يوجد مثيل لها و بسببها سوف يكون الفندق بيتي عند زيارتي لتبليسي

كل شي جيد فقط الانترنت ليس جيد بطئ جدا . و البلكون رائعه تحتاج كراسي مريحه مثل كراسي الحدائق . الكرسي الخشب كان متعب جدا . اتمنى تغيره بالمستقبل . وانا الان الفندق هو بيتي عند زيارتي لي تبليسا وشكرا .
