Staff was great, Breakfast was better than other hotels. The location was great for the event we attended.

Cons:

For me, the beds were too hard and made my back sore. Not a complaint but just a suggestion: For your fruit bowl, you should label which type of fruit is in there. People have many allergies to certain fruits. I had to find an employee to ask what was in it as I am highly allergic to mangos, which I found out it was in the fruit salad.

I traveled with family to attend my granddaughter's high school graduation at UCF.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and very comfortable. Excellent customer service. I received texts asking about our stay and if everything was okay. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels; however, the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-East UCF was very quiet, customer service driven, clean, spacious room and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the UCF area. Anything you could possible need was within walking distance, or a very short drive. Thank you so much for a smooth, easy check-in and check-out process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was okay.
Pros:

enjoyed the public balcony overlooking the pool

Cons:

the property is beginning to look a little tired. I've stayed here several times. the front door has paint chipped, the hall carpets look well used.
