Buena ubicacion, habitacion muy limpia y cama comoda.
La habitacion que me asignaron estaba tenia las maquinas de aire del edificio muy cerca de la ventana, y aunque estaban en el exterior el ruido que generaban era bastante molesto para dormir. Supongo que en otras habitaciones el problema no existira.
Everything was great
Situated very close to UCF.
The air conditioner is dated and very loud. All in all, the hotel looks like it could do with an update.

Room carpet was wet by the AC.
Close to UCF and restaurants. Great breakfast. Room was much larger than we anticipated. Our older kids enjoyed the hot tub after several hours at the UCF dance clinic.

Hi we never got to stay here. We were arriving from Naples and this is the hotel I meant to book but it was the wrong one that I booked. When I arrived Marvin told me I was at the wrong hotel. When we left I noticed I only had my wallet in my hand and I started to panic. I left my whole purse there at the desk with Marvin. We had to drive back about 10 min in fear and when I got there my purse was never touched! Marvin saved my ass! He had excellent customer service! He even told me he was gonna call the other hotel and tell them this cute little blond girl forgot her purse! I have a business and I really like how he handled the situation!! I give Marvin 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful. Used the Hilton app to chat with front desk and they were so fast and receptive!
The bathrooms were wonderful the bed comfortable and plush, the breakfast was great all and all a great and comfortable and rejuvenating experience. We have an incoming freshman at UCF so we hope to spend more time at your hotel
Nothing comes to mind maybe replace the carpeting with hardwood looking porcelain tile
We had a great time in our stay, the breakfast was very good and everything was very organized.
The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Our suite was clean and spacious. Its our 3rd time staying here. We will definitely continue to stay here when we go to Orlando

There were a good choice, of places to eat
The room did not really accomadate to put your clothes, like a dresser, other Hamptons I have stayed at did have them. Also when I went to the front desk to check out, and the person behind the counter, said O,K and looked at me, like OK. Was he comment, handed the room keys, he said ok. And thank you. Never once, did he put down his papers nor did he stand to speak with, Which customer is first. But he must of missed that part in training, and when asked Do I need to sign, something as I have in all other Hamptons uppn checkout, also had to ask for a reciept. Whick seemed to have bothered him, And when I seen who the Mgr on dutie was Marvin Thomas, was going to ask to speak to him Behold the person at the counter was Him
