If no mistake ,It is a beautiful place to stay

Cons:

Wedding we went was starting at 1.30 and our room checked in time is at 2.00.So a week before we have paid extra £20.00 to check in at 1pm.When we arrived the room was not ready.so they swapped the original room from 29 to 28.Any way we entered the room 12.30 and got ready .Then when we came back from wedding and fast a sleep. Around 1pm some one was opening the door and I jumped out of bed and push the door to close . As the staff made a mistake by allocating some one else room to us and not notified them. I will never forget this experience and no apology from the Hotel staff. They should have refunded some money for their mistake. The fear of that night is still in me

Decent hotel with good facilities for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Nice hotel, very central. Bedrooms clean with tea, coffee & biscuits. Over bath shower.
Nice that breakfast was included , good choice of food & drink. Staff friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom had no air vent or extractor fan so got very wet when showering. Breakfast was chaotic, not enough staff on duty for a full dining room, long wait for items to be topped up & cooked food.

Bien pour une étape
Pros:

On nous avait réservé la chambre handicapé avec nos deux chiens. Heureusement, qu’il y a eu un problème de plomberie avec la douche. (Salle de bain inondée). Nous avons donc changé de chambre qui était bien plus propre et plus agréable.

Cons:

Si vous avez des chiens, évitez la chambre 1.
