Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.
Pros:

The hotel has a very good and convenient location, with the metro station nearby, making it easy to travel around.
All the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Tina from the Reservation Department and Mr. Murali for their excellent support and hospitality.
One area that needs improvement is the bathroom flooring. I noticed that the floor was damp and had a slightly slippery surface, which could be a safety concern for guests. I would recommend renovating or replacing the bathroom floor to prevent any potential accidents.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.

Good location with comfy bed
Pros:

Good location to access everywhere you wanna see

Cons:

When we turned up it was heavy rain and thunder and we was asked for a deposit which we didn’t have coming straight from the airport so I said can we give it later and was told no and was nearly made to go out in the heavy rain to get money until the manager stepped in and said it was fine, not appreciated

Nothing was disappointed.

Cons:

The hygiene of the hotel, and bathrooms have mould hasnt been scrubbed for a while even next door was also talking about the hygiene of the bathroom and shower rooms with mould stains on them.

Excellent emplacement, mais sans aucune aération.
Pros:

L'emplacement (prêt de station LRT MASJID JAMEK et autres commerces et surtout les vendeurs d'or. Petit déjeuner moyen.
Déconseillé à prendre car pas d'aération à part le climatiseur.

Cons:

Pas d'aération, j'ai pris une fenêtre avec vue sur l'extérieur, mais la fenêtre est fixe et ne s'ouvre pas. Odeur insupportable d'humidité et de confinement dans la chambre et les couloirs. Aucun accessoire salle de bain à part 2 serviettes et 2 petits savons : pas de mini frigo ni de séchoir , ni de brosse à dent ni de champoingt. Des sans abrits en toute saleté rondent et dorment devant l'hôtel et à côté india masjid.

駅から近くてわかりやすい
近所にインド人街があり、安いインド料理が食べられる
朝は、ホーカーがパンやサモサを売ってるが、サモサは本当に安くて美味しい
エレベーターの横にウォーターサーバーがあり、冷たい水がいつでも手に入るのは暑いマレーシアでは嬉しい

Cons:

ルームクリーングは依頼しないとしてもらえない
石鹸、シャンプーの泡立ちが良くない
