Pros:

Nice location, clean room, helpful staff. There's even free ironing station on the floor.

Cons:

There is neither fridge nor hair dryer.

Cons:

L’accueil n’est pas au rendez-vous.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées nous avons très mal dormi à cause de certaines personnes qui logeaient dans notre étage, des familles indiennes qui discutaient très fort entre elles la nuit dans les couloirs ne respectant pas les autres chambres avec beaucoup de va et viens et claquements de portes, ce qui nous réveillait à chaque fois.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel se situe en face d’un QG de personnes drogués qui dorment dehors en face de l’hôtel donc pas sécurisant du tout pour une famille.
Le petit déjeuner malheureusement n’est pas varié et nous avait été servis froid.

It was in a good location, walkable distance to most places or an easy grab ride away

Cons:

We didn’t realise we were right next to a Mosque and were woken up at 5:30 every morning as it was very loud and disturbing. The shower had a door but there was not really much use for it as the water went everywhere anyway and as good as the location was to main places it did feel quite unsafe going back at night. If you are a solo female traveller just be aware.

Luxury, right in the middle of it all
Pros:

Upon arrival, Efam dealt with us. Despite us looking more than a little worse for wear after a long day driving from the other side of Malaysia, and in work gear, he treated us like any of the other guests who were looking a lot classier than us shall we say.
Efam's customer skills were impeccable and he made sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms were spotless, and the shower was nice and hot.
I didn't try the food or any of the amenities so I can't comment on them.
Parking was easy enough under the hotel.
The hotel is situated right in the middle of all the shopping and bars as well, with the Petronas Towers only a 5k walk away.

Cons:

I wasn't keen on the car park being cash only since everything else is on the card or tap and pay.
I didn't see anything saying this before we were leaving so we had to find an ATM before we could leave.

Buon Hotel in posizione strategica
Pros:

La posizione in assoluto.

Cons:

La nostra camera era divisa da un’altra solo da una porta, quindi poco insonorizzata. Ad ogni modo non è stato un problema. Abbiamo dormito benissimo.
