Good value - 3 nights for $350 total
Pros:

I really liked the location - really close to 2 metro stations . The street had lots of places to eat - high end to easy cheap eats . A supermarket was near by . The staff were friendly and very helpfuldul . Helped me take my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs . The hotel has a quirky charm - like fawlty towers . My room was 308 .The bed was comfy - clean bedding . A Little fridge, no kettle or microwave but there was in the breakfast room that one could access if you wanted to . Bathroom was clean .

Cons:

The carpets need to be changed - I don’t think cleaning will work . They were kind of gross if I am honest . There was also a really strong smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell . If they changed the carpets and freshened the paint in the room I would give the hotel a 3.5 / 5 .

Ok it's a no frill place, you get what you pay for but the staff were friendly, location was great, and the a/c worked. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Need more lighting, neighborhood a bit sketchy at night but I felt safe.

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc porter une valise de 23kg dans un escalier étroit est compliqué.
Nuisances sonores importantes. L'hôtel est situé en face dun bar ouvert jusqu'à 3h du matin

Good location and decent breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is located in the end of the featured Montreal's Gay Village, where is crowded and good for street sightseeing tourists. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to old Montreal. There are a few bars and pubs across the street with loud music until late evening but that's what you want to feel and see. Our room was on second floor where we could see the people in the street. Decent breakfast provided with croissant, apple pie, muffin, toast from Costco, and coffee and tea. There are 3 large supermarkets, like Metro, IGA, Super C, near by so it was easy to get food and groceries.

Cons:

There are stains on the carpets as it's in a old building. If replacing the carpets with laminate or vinyl flooring is a great way to upgrade the look of the hotel.

Η καλή του τοποθεσία. Οικονομική τιμή.

Cons:

Η σκάλα έτριζε όταν περπατούσες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο και στις γρίλιες του εξαερισμού υπήρχε συσσωρευμένη βρωμιά. Το πρωινό στην ουσία ήταν ένας καφές και κρουασάν.
