Pros:

1 bedroom apartment was comfortable for what we wanted. Modern apartment with a good size bathroom, king size bed, modern-working washing machine and dryer and a kitchen for cooking.

Cons:

Sales representative trying to contact us to attend their time share presentation. Which we can't afford with the current cost of living.

Location was fantastic only 2 mins to light rail 4 mins to Cavil Avenue.

Cons:

Could do with a good clean, terrible smell when we first entered that stayed until the next day. Cupboards needed wiping down and floors not terrible clean but very comfortable apartment.

Pros:

Good location and staff were very friendly. 5 stars for Gabriel in the restaurant. He was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

It was over priced in comparison to other resorts nearby. They were renovating so won't mention the facilities but very overdue.

Needs an upgrade and better clean. Was there for 6 nights and they wouldn't clean the rooms unless it was 8 nights and the room didn't keep the light out in the morning

Avoid at all costs!
Pros:

Good view from the ocean room

Cons:

Poor customer service. The women at the reception are rude and don’t communicate properly. You have to pay a $100 deposit which isn’t mentioned while booking. They try to get you to do a 60minute presentation to join their club and offer you free vouchers. We still haven’t received our voucher despite many calls and emails. The presenters at the end of the presentation too are quite rude if you don’t sign up.

Deceitful booking conditions: avoid them.
Pros:

The rooms were fair.

Cons:

The staff and entire system were unprofessional, non transparent and insincere.

I booked a breakfast-included overnight stay for 2 guests visiting. I paid everything upfront.

Surprisingly, they still charged my guests extra for the breakfast.

When I complained, the staff on duty, who claimed to be the manager, denied that I had such an arrangement, refused to look at my booking confirmation, and claimed that he was being threatened when I questioned him.

He even called the police and lied to them that he was being harrassed. This was with everyone sitting comfortably.

I know that he faked calling the police, as such a blatant lie can stand no scrutiny. Not with my booking documents available.

I waited for the police to arrive, and had to leave after 30 minutes as my guests had a flight to catch.

I'll still take this up with the proper regulatory body. They will be hearing from me soon.

Very deceitful bunch.

Avoid these guys!
