Just the view

Cons:

It got bit cold and the heater wasn’t working. I rang reception and was told there was no one available. Couch had smell. Bed was uncomfortable.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The best thing is the apartment style amenities such as kitchen, appliances etc. It was also fairly quiet. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The TV could've been a better and easier to use.

A great stay in Surfers Paradise
Pros:

We love the location, close to restaurants we like (Japanese and Italian) and a tram stop. The cafe is okay for breakfast too.

Cons:

They do try and get you to attend a presentation about Club Wyndham but at least they do provide an incentive/reward to attend.

Life's a breeze at Wyndham
Pros:

The location and the view was execptional. The room was well spaced, bathrooms very clean. Well equiped kitchen and super easy access by tram and bus from the airport. Its situated off the tram line, hence travelling was a breeze. The breakfast spread was good and well priced, no need to look elsewhere for a meal.

Cons:

A little hiccup when we were asked to attend a free/complimentary video session. Miscommunication when we advised that we wouldn;t be able to make it the night before the event, but were still handed the confirmatory invite, hence we got charged for drinks. This was quickly rectified the next morning, so please check your bills on check out just to be extra sure. The staff are very helpful and explained the situation and we were reimbursed. Minor issue when the stay was overall awesome.

My stay was a total of 10 days. When we checked in, there were no hangers in all the closet. Had to call for them to sen

Location was the main standout.

Cons:

The beds in all rooms were horrible. Mattresses were very Springy. Time to change! I was shocked that Queen size bed was actually 2 single beds joined together. Was totally uncomfortable.
