Good hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for three nights prior to picking up a cruise to Alaska. Excellent Hotel and location is in the shipyard area which is vibrant with a number of restaurants and cafes. We had a room overlooking the harbour and the room was serviced every day. Shower was reasonable power in a bath.

Didn’t eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places around. Strongly recommend Joeys at the Shipyard and the Greek restaurant Anatoli 5 minutes walk from the hotel

Five minutes from the hotel, you can pick up a sea bus which takes you across the bay to downtown Vancouver and the cruise terminal at Canada place. The sea buses go every 10 to 15 minutes.

We would stay here again.

Pinnacle Hotel North Vancouver
Pros:

A wonderful place to stay. Parking was included. Great views of the water and we could see the cruise ships at Canada Place. Highly recommend getting a harbour view room versus mountain view. We were on floor 5 overlooking the Shipyards where the FIFA football/soccer games were broadcast. Clean room and very comfy bed. The location of this hotel is perfect for finding local restaurants and cafes. Character old buildings mixed in with modern buildings. Would return for sure.

Poor nights sleep.
Pros:

Disappointed with room whatever you do don’t take a room on the North side of the building the noise from the road is unbearable poor blackout curtains and glazing traffic noise from 4:30am.
Some of the check in staff don’t really care.

Outstanding visit to Vancouver.!
Pros:

Thank you, everyone at The Pinnacle, for making our brief visit to Vancouver memorable. Each staff member was courteous, professional and respectful. Breakfast was was probably the best we've ever had in any hotel.

Goed hotel.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel. De kamer was ruim en netjes. Mooie badkamer. Goede stille airco, geen "rammelkast" onder het raam. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Dichtbij restaurant. Leuke omgeving. Mooi uitzicht op downtown Vancouver.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast van de straat. Heel luid. Verkeer gaat om 04.30 al rijden.

Incredible!
Pros:

The hospitality of the staff was incredible! We felt so welcomed here by everybody, they supplied us with anything we needed and were so quick to answer and send whatever we asked to our room. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and the area was lovely, This will definitely be our go to hotel when we come to Vancouver!

Cons:

Everything was great! I wish we booked a room with a view but that was on us and we will definitely be booking a room with a view and balcony next!

Nice location in North Vancouver with a view.
Pros:

Great location. Room was very dated. Restaurant in lobby had poor service. Reception not clear on parking and rate. Our room had a view which was nice. King size bed could use new mattress.

Pros:

Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is my favorite place to get away. The view of the downtown skyline from the room is breathtaking, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is excellent. My husband enjoys swimming laps in the pool.

It's a 3-minute walk from the sea bus and conveniently located near restaurants, the brewery district, a market and pharmacy. Public transportation is nearby and easy to navigate. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown cruise ship crowds and feels safe.

Definitely worth the stay
Pros:

Great location. Great views. Streets are quite busy so be cautious if travelling with young children lots in the area to do.
