Beautifully located hotel with memorable views across the harbour to Vancouver
Pros:

The location of the hotel and the view from the room were the standouts. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Cons:

One of the first hotels we have stayed in where you had to pay for water. Almost all the others we have stayed in provided complimentary bottles at lest when first checking in.
There were few places to sit and relax after checking out and waiting for a late flight.

Pros:

Loved the room, the location and the staff were friendly, made the check in and out easy.

Cons:

A bit dissapointed in the al la carte breakfast. Aside from poached eggs being cooked fresh the bacon and potatoes were luke warm at best.

Overall, our stay was excellent. Would stay again!
Pros:

All of the restaurants and shops that are close by is a great perk, many within walking distance. The breakfast in the restaurant within the restaurant was good.

Cons:

I thought the blinds on the outside of the bathroom window were odd. Anyone within the room could open them up and watch you shower.

Pros:

Fabulous location with a view over the harbour. Lots of bars and restaurants very close. Great facilities pool and gym. Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

The rooms are very comfortable but the decor is beginning to look in need of a refresh

Great option in North Vancouver with swimming pool/spa and gym.
Pros:

Hotel Pinnacle at the Pier was a nice option for our stay back from the Ferry at Horseshoe Bay. Easy to get there and parking. Then, it was well located for a stroll in the Pier and exploring the Shipyard. The satff was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the pool area was a bonus with nice views of Vancouver skyline (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc). Great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Soft bed, although I slept well.

A very comfortable, clean hotel with excellent work-out facilities, centrally located yet quiet.
Pros:

We had a wonderful view of the Vancouver city skyline. Yet our room was very quiet because it was relatively high up.

Cons:

The restaurant and the lobby had loud music playing at every hour of the day. It would have been more pleasant to have the music shift to something like jazz in the evening or simply to be quieter. For this reason, we did not use the restaurant because it would have been hard to hear one another.
