We had a wonderful view of the Vancouver city skyline. Yet our room was very quiet because it was relatively high up.
The restaurant and the lobby had loud music playing at every hour of the day. It would have been more pleasant to have the music shift to something like jazz in the evening or simply to be quieter. For this reason, we did not use the restaurant because it would have been hard to hear one another.
Beautiful room with great views. Second time staying at this location and loved it just as much as the first time!
Great location at the Shipyards, so many good restaurants right as well as cafe’s for morning coffee! Nice to just walk around, admire the boats and ships across the bay and just relax. If you have kids there is a great splash park right there out the front door and it has all kinda of places to sit at as well. The docks have Adirondack chairs all along to just sit and take in the view for a while.
The room was so clean and comfy, can’t wait to stay a third time!
Excellent Location, great facilities, amazing restaurant food, and staff. The only negative is the cost of parking. But the rest of the factors outweigh this.
Great location! Right on exciting waterfront with close proximity to the ferry, great restaurants and transportation. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly
I was able to check in to a lovely room, overlooking the Shipyards and harbour after asking why I paid in $USD through Travago! Watch for that when booking.
The pool is large and has six lanes so accommodates everyone. Food in the lobby restaurant is convenient. All service is given with very polite, knowledgeable and willing staff everywhere. The location and ambience is wonderful. C. Stainton
Excellent location with many amenities nearby. View of Vancouver's skyline was amazing. We also had access to the shared terrace on the top floor which was amazing.
Great location, great service. It is right next to the seabus and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and modern. Will definitely stay here again.
The room smelled very bad and I was told there weren’t any other rooms but if I booked more nights they would give me another room? So there were rooms but the team just didn’t want to switch my room that smelled horrible. Poor service don’t book here not worth even 200 Motel quality..
Location was the best side of Vancouver. Comfortable bed. Breakfast competitively priced.
Lacked quality customer service. Didn't seem to care. Tired in places - wallpaper and carpets.
Great location for the Shipyards. Harbour view room did have great views of the Harbour.
Expensive price not really matched by the room quality.
Camere spaziose
Location sul pier e vicino al seabus
Struttura datata. Le camere non avevano un buon odore.
Prezzo eccessivo rispetto ai servizi
The hotel’s location, in Lower Lonsdale and a block the Shipyards and the SeaBus, make for a charming visit and weekend stay in Vancouver, BC!
Super emplacement et quartier . Bon resto de l’hôtel . Acceuil agréable
L’accès de groupe d’enfants d’écoles à la piscine de l’hôtel ce qui ne permet pas de se détendre .
Old, Tired, in Need of TLC and be prepared to deal with a poor parking situation and to move your own luggage like you would in a Motel 6. Not my idea of an upscale property, which is what the higher rates would seem to reflect.
You will find this as the very best option in the Lonsdale Quay area. The hotel feels boutique and the service and rooms are solid 4 star. I would rate the dining room 5 star as the attention to personnel clearly shows there is a great corporate culture with attractive male and female servers with an enphasis on efficient and professionalism. I was also impressed with the table china and cutlery. Extra money was spent to have a upscale experience
erg vriendelijk
