Cons:

The room was extremely small with only one window that looked directly out on someone else's window. The bed cover had two large stains. The TV did not register color at all well. When I went down to breakfast the coffee was room temperature, apparently left over from the previous day. Later it was heated up somewhat.

Unfortunately, the lack of communication and assistance made this a very dissapointing experience.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and polite when we were at the hotel. The property was okay, but unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by the issues we had with the payment and check-in.

Cons:

The location was much farther from downtown San Francisco than we expected, and getting around by taxi was extremely expensive. There were also quite a few homeless people around the area, which made us uncomfortable at times.
The biggest issue, however, was the payment situation. I understand that a card payment can occasionally be declined, and I had no problem accepting that possibility. However, I was able to use the same cards at another hotel without any issues, so I wanted to provide my bank with confirmation that the payment had actually been declined. I contacted the hotel several times asking for documentation or evidence of the declined transaction, but they never provided it. Because of this, I had to change hotels and was left with a pendig charge on my account without the documentation I needed to resolve the issue with my bank.

Decent for the location and price, would visit again!
Pros:

Location is great, super close to the BART and buses. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the spread of breakfast options. The beds are nice and firm, didn’t have issues with my chronic lower back issues.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the cleaning staff would have checked in on us every other day as our bathroom was empty on body wash when we first checked in, the elevator was sometimes dirty and we had to call front desk to ask for a clean up, and a lot of the towels/bedding are stained when we first checked into our room (laundry needs to work on those, please and thank you)
