The perfect location. A One minute walk from the Q one car park, very central, had the upside down house next to it as well as the mall.

Carpets were moth-eaten in places. The shower over the bath was poor.

We had to move room because an electric fault . But all done corect . And they compensated for the inconvenience
Location was great an it was so clean
The living room and bedroom are very dated, and I feel the tea and coffee should be within the kitchen not the bedroom, there also needs to be sockets on both sides of the bed.
I was contacted less than 24hrs before check-in, initially by phone call but I was unable to answer, and I then received a email via Booking.com. I was not able to stay at the Hilton as they had overbooked, how this is possible I do not know. I struggle to believe that less than 24hrs before my booking, they noticed they didn't have any room. Poor planning. They did however move the booking to another hotel. But I had booked to stay in the Hilton, because I wanted to stay in a Hilton.
Close location to all the shops and the city centre
It’s very old and dated and on entering the smell was unpleasant I had to ask to move my room
