The best hotel in Liverpool!
Pros:

Location was the stand out point but the room, staff and overall cleanliness were excellent key points too.

Cons:

As usual in most hotels who offer a buffet breakfast the hot option was lukewarm at best, but the cold option was very good and worth a mention the Yorkshire tea was excellent

Great hotel with a fab location and great customer service. Would recommend and will return.
Pros:

Excellent location near Liverpool One and Albert Dock. Staff were excellent and I had requested a high and quiet room and they were able to accommodate. Ability to leave luggage once we had checked out.

Cons:

Parking - only limited on site parking and this is £30 for 24 hours alternative parking is at Liverpool One (you can get a discount on normal tariff if you book in advance)

Great Choice in Liverpool: Hilton City Center
Pros:

Perfect location for dockyard and Beatles tourism. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Convenient to train station. In the midst of the action, but comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Large room, comfortable bedding, chair and table for relaxing. Wide array of choices for breakfast. Staff professional and pleasant. A lovely stay!

A disappointment.
Pros:

Location, pleasant night staff

Cons:

Room dirty when I arrived, and not cleaned the following day either. Sink plug stuck closed. Cleaner took my key card. Breakfast staff completely disinterested.

Outstanding place to stay couldn't fault it
Pros:

Its was good value for money and the breakfast choice was amazing so much to choose from you wouldn't starve put it that way the room was spotless facilities were great couldn't fault it at all.... we will deffo come back and recommend this to others..thankyou for your hospitality it was an absolute pleasure 🙏

Cons:

The air con wasnt cold enuf but it did work and an open sliding door would of been nice to let in some fresh air we were right opposite the bus station stops I hope the windows were blacked out as I walked around naked most of the time.....

Pros:

We booked a room with two single beds , reception informed us it was one king bed and has no other room for us to be changed until morning. Went up to the room and found out it was not prepared, still to be cleaned. All of u sudden there was another room available. Changed room for two single beds the following morning.

First night poor second night moved to an executive room and it was completely different shame about the first night

The property it’s self was ok the location was great

Cons:

We where put in a room 221 on our first night wallpaper peeling,air conditioning grill hanging out of wall which probably still is, cleanliness was poor and probably still will be this has to be checked asap

Pros:

Locations was very good for the conference I was attending. Staff were helpful and friendly and food was good, the view was beautiful.
