Not a Hilton
Pros:

The hotel is nice.
Receptionist staff (not the manager) tried their best.
Bar staff were really helpful.

Cons:

There is no fridge in the rooms, Leonardo hotel across the road does.
The bed smelled like it's not been changed in months.
There was mould growing on the corner of the bed.
The shower had no power and taking a shower took longer than needed because of this.
The room is poorly lit.
Some of the plug sockets were not working.
The doors bang really loud in the corridor.
The reception manager didn't respond to when I said hi to him. (He heard me as it was just us there)

I wouldn't stay here again, it didn't feel like a Hilton. Really disappointing

Great comfortable hotel
Pros:

Super comfortable beds and pillows, excellent location, had a view of Docks and Liverpool one.
Convenient parking ( qpark) with pre book discount code.
Easy check in/out.
