Location and room very comfortable.
Could not check- in until 3pm without paying extra. Other hotels are 2pm.

We traveled from Ireland for a surprise family function we arrived at hotel at 9am while we were aware that check in was not until 3pm we were hopeful that we Wouk be able to secure one of the rooms 2 hours earlier even at an extra cost but none were available
Very good location and very clean
We booked a King Deluxe room for Charlie’s birthday, and it was absolutely fabulous! Thanks to his Diamond status, the hotel gave them an amazing upgrade to a room with spectacular, panoramic views of the Royal Albert Dock. They were so thrilled with the room and the floor to ceiling windows that they were immediately video calling family to show it off. Charlie had the best time celebrating his birthday here. Thank you to the Hilton team for making it so special. we will definitely be back!

Carpet tatty into bathroom, only just enough tea/coffee making items to make one drink for my partner and me, extracting fan in bathroom not working, so quickly steamed up room. No safe.

The bedroom was very disappointing I had booked for a Birthday treat a special king size bed and it defiantly wasn’t. Wires on show bed nowhere near the bedside table and for some reason we were given a disabled room ! Very dated. Won’t stay again. Great for location but very disappointed for what I paid. View was great. But if you want something more fancy don’t take room 719. Not even a fridge to keep milk cool

Not many luxurys in room considering we upgraded to executive suite.
Location was perfect for shopping 🛍️ restaurants 🍽️ bars and nightlife🎼 close to Albert Dock and lots of museums. And ferry ⛴️ services.
It’s just a shame there wasn’t more space for parking but there are plenty of car parks around the hotel that give you special discount if you pre-book your car park space.

Not very friendly staff in reception. Disappointing bedroom and quite dated. Not enough coffee or tea in bedroom. They charge for WIFI (first hotel I never been they do that). Park not included. Not worth for the money. I am not coming back to Hilton hotel any time soon.
