Music from a function at the hotel until 12.45 pm so no chance of sleep before it finished also lack of sockets next to bed.
The breakfast was varied, wonderful, and delicious; the service was also excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We came back to the hotel at 11.05pm after being at a restaurant on a Saturday night and the hotel bar was closed. I would expect better service in a Hilton Hotel.

Good breakfast selection .large comfy bed,good mirror in bathroom .
We had a big leak in the room from window frame . I tried to send the video to the staff but they said they couldn’t see it on 2 occasions . So left it ,I have sent them an email to complain but haven’t had a reply which I’m very disappointed with ! We also had 4 moths in the room ,one of which was in wardrobe! No fridge in room . We only had 1 bath towel on arrival and floor hadn’t been hoovered as there was crumbs and also had a previous guests towel hanging up in bathroom .windows very thin ,could hear all the traffic outside . Room would benefit from an upgrade .was rather grubby .
Beds were so comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly and checked in with me by text message every day. Nice little touch.
Small thing but the water wasn’t added to the room every day. I ended up getting a jug from the bar every night so it was fine but couldn’t have a cup of tea in the room in the morning.
