That there were no quorn or Linda McCartney sausages for breakfast. Peas and carrots don’t belong in sausages lol

Room was clean, bed was comfy.
The hotel was clean, had lots of facilities, the breakfast was good.
The Television in room 341 was junk. It switched on ok, tried to change channels and either it said failed to start channel or crashed and went to a program that no one wants and the remote wouldn't do anything except switch it off. In the end I gave up and went to sleep. Everything else was perfect!
Perfect location, the bar/ restaurant and the facilities were good
Our shower didn’t have hot water, the air on didn’t work. We paid the same as other wedding guests yet our room was not to their standard
When i reserved the price shot up. I ended up paying much more than planned.
Reservation stated car parking but when i arrived at the hotel they charged me for parking stated it wasn't included.
Also i couldn't see out the window it was obscured by huge unsightly equipment on roof.. an eyesore .....not what you expected to see out the windows.
I should of asked to be moved
The property wasn’t too far a drive from the airport and the staff were mostly friendly. Not sure I can say anything else positive. The hotel is pretty terrible.
The hotel is covered in scaffolding which looked terrible considering we were there for a wedding. The grounds outside were really dirty, cigarette butts everywhere. Full of gym people and definitely not suitable for a wedding.

Close to the airport
Aircon in room was broken during heat wave, we were provided a fan but it didn’t help. Couldn’t open the windows for air, due to scaffolding blocking the window. View was of scaffolding and building site. Some lights in the room didn’t work, so the room was very dull and dark. One switch in the room did not work as it didn’t turn anything on. Tv remote on and off button didn’t work, the tv was unplugged from behind it due to this, when we checked in.
Bathroom handle had orange/yellow something dried on it.
Hotel lobby had a leak so there was buckets in it.
All staff pleasant and helpful and the food we had was lovely, would definitely recommend 😊
