Quiet location with spacious grounds

I had a lovely room technically on the ground floor. My room had double doors opening out into the garden, but I did have some steps to use to access the corridor.
The menu though simple was too simple for those with allergens for vegetarians. I think I sweated more eating my masserman curry (yes was comfortably gluten free) than during the day in a heatwave.

Convenient for Farnham,
The house is old and needs updating, appearance was dusty and shabby.
Breakfast on Sunday was poor after the hotel suffered a 12hrpower cut the day before. But I think they may have had a venue there, and us other guest were second thoughts.

A quiet location, an ideal wedding location, a nice little balcony on room 19.
No dining options as there was a wedding on the next day and the caterers had taken over the kitchen. They were happy for you to order in a take away.
