Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la localización del hotel era buena.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento en sauna, gimnasio (“GYM FITNESS”) piscina y jacuzzi.
El gimnasio de las 5 máquinas de cardio, 3 no funcionaban, además de contar con 6 discos (2 de 10kg, 2 de 5kg y 2 de 2.5 kg, insuficientes). Cuesta abrir el grifo del lavabo del baño privado, las juntas de la ducha tenían humedades, algunas partes del baño no estaban en buen estado de mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado en el gimnasio tampoco funciona, los cristales llenos de suciedad y excrementos de pájaro por fuera. La piscina tenía suciedad y no había flujo de agua continuo. Jacuzzi no funciona y sucio. Sauna sin funcionar correctamente. Al personal no parece importarle el funcionamiento correcto de las instalaciones. El hotel se supone que es de 4 estrellas, pero si ceramente llega a 3 y de milagro. Falta mantenimiento de zonas comunes y también en los cuartos de baño de las habitaciones. El desayuno variado pero con la calidad mínima.

Great hotel in a slightly quieter area but easily accessible to get to other areas.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Friendly, professional staff. Really good buffet breakfast. Nice surrounding area and walkable to the center. Also a bus stops almost outside the hotel.

Excellent location, very clean, good size and great staff. Shame about the shower, though.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. There was a problem with the room when we arrived (the device that holds the card key to operate the light was hanging off the wall), but it was fixed almost immediately. Great location for a concert at the Plaza de Toros. The room had a great view of La Alhambra and was the perfect size for our one-night stay. Very clean.

Cons:

The shower in our room was not great. Water pressure from the rain shower head was too low. We therefore used the 'normal' shower head, which had better water pressure, but would not stay in position in its holder (it kept moving downwards and there was no way to tighten it). We ended up balancing it on the rain shower head to shower properly.

Muy bien, si no tienes que dejar equipaje al salir o entrar
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y era muy amplia. Buena cama y almohadas. El wifi iba fluido. El desayuno muy variado y con muchas opciones

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que al irnos, dejamos las maletas guardadas un rato y nos dejó mucha sensación de inseguridad la manera en que se gestiona. La puerta del cuarto donde se guardan está abierta, puede entrar cualquiera y de hecho es que,tu mismo coges y dejas tu equipaje. Cualquier persona se puede llevar tus maletas. Es la primera vez que me pasa esto en un hotel y viajo muchas veces al año.
